Oh I see, you have to buy the machine too. Boo. Think I'll stick to finding a Lansky or Wicked Edge type system.

I like RADA knives. Very Cheap and their filet knives are very flexible. Make sure you get one of their quick edge sharpeners. I just threw a few of those away. You can't cut butter with them.Maybe you just need to find a redneck around your parts to teach you how to sharpen a knife. http://www.tormek.com/en/machines/t7/index.php Awesome investment. I bought the master kit after my friend showed me his. I am making some nice extra cash sharpening everything from kitchen knives to turning tools. It comes with bandages, and they are pretty much required the first time you check the edge. There is a T3 for non-commercial use, which is considerably less expensive. I was just looking at getting one of their Hand Tool kits for Father's Day. Spooky.

0-60 and Quarter mile times are supposedly both improved as well.

Changes from 2013? Biggest change is going from Chrysler's 65RFE transmission to ZF's 8HP transmission. Brand new infotainment and interior bits; they seem rather proud of the steering wheel. Towing capacity is now 7,200 pounds, 35-75 mph acceleration is reduced by four seconds, both presumably because of the new trans.

Hell we might get some commercial development now.

Tenaris held a meeting at the civic center today. They're estimating 600 new jobs at the mill, along with 1,800 new jobs to support the mill.

It's most beneficial to athletes who participate in endurance events. Endurance events also go against how we naturally work. Funny how that works. Hey, now you are getting it. If there is some short term goal then it might pay off. But by no strech would I call most LONG distance runners healthy. And they don't eat the same leading up to an event as they do the rest of the year...... and they do rely on carb fuels while running I always found this image from Jaime Lewis' blog to illustrate the point rather well:

Although, I suppose it's helpful for anyone. Get up in the morning and run a few miles. Basic road work 101.

Or any other endurance sport, I'm sure.

In case you want to jog or cycle for hours on end, it is helpful.

A few studies have shown that training while in a fasted state rather than a fed state increases both glycogen storage and VO2Max.

Not including the torque converter.

Which also means Final Drive Ratio in First is ~17.3:1. Shit.

4.7:1 first gear and 75 MPH @ 1500 RPM in 8th gear. Which, by my math, means 2.73 axle gears. Wonder what a set of 4.10's would do... 4.7:1 first gear and 75 MPH @ 2000 RPM in 8th gear. 3.70 axle gears. Nice.

the 2014 version of the Grand Cherokee SRT looks even more appealing than previous years.

They make a compelling argument...

"Talk about easy, huh?" Jesus fuck...
