It's about as close as I get to "real" rump shaking music,
-
Because I'm in a rump shaking mood

Egg and brisket are both ready for tomorrow. First Costco brisket and it's a beautiful specimen.

Who manufactures the diesel motor? VM Motori, a subsidiary of Fiat. some Daewoo vehicles use VM Motori engines overseas too, if I'm not mistaken.

That's crazy. How are the antibiotics working? Penicillin and cleocin. Aunt said it's working, however he is really sick. Conscious but not good. Older individuals, young children, and those with compromised immune systems are incredibly susceptible to all manner of infectious diseases. Hope he gets better soon!

There's always Stallone's workout when he was getting in shape for Rocky III. Wake up, 2 mile jog. 18 rounds of sparring. 2 hours of weights and jump rope. Naptime. More jogging. Then he went for a swim. Six days a week.

It was similar in many ways to other "controversial" groups/hobbies/activities. Rock and roll music during the days of Jim Crow, heavy metal music during the 70's, gangsta rap in the late 80's/early 90's. Violent video games.

Also, the powerlifting/weightlifting/bodybuilding community back then was tiny. Wasn't any reason not to do both.
-
It's for the pump. More blood, more nutrients. Etc.Now a lot of powerlifters transition quickly to bodybuilding. Safer lifting is everywhere now, and frankly, the drugs are better, or rather the info on how to use them is better. Haven't bodybuilders been successful transitioning into powerlifting? Ie: they built all the raw muscle then they transition to strength work.I could be full of shit, I don't really follow either group much, but that's what I heard from someone I consider smart on the matter. I am sure it has been done. But power lifting gets even less endorsements than bodybuilding, so it's less likely. Also age. 10-20 reps starts looking nice at 30 if you spent your whole 20's chasing one rep max. Back in the days of Zane, Ferrigno, & Schwarzenegger, most of the people showing up at powerlifting meets were bodybuilders, and vice versa. This was before the health & gym craze that started in the late 70's; back when action stars like Eastwood couldn't be seen publicly lifting weights because of the stigma that only homosexuals & other "weirdo"s hit the weights.

20 rep deadlift sets are quite effective
