Laptop "blue screen" errors
Truconcept replied to ricksi30's topic in Computers / Electronics / Music / Games
try unplugging your laptop from the wall, taking out the battery, and holding the power button for 20-30 seconds then put your battery back in. Then try booting into safe mode w/ networking and update your graphic drivers as shizz said. my ideas are better than your idea roflll unplug and blah hahaha and display control or whatever its called on nvidia, excuse me why don't u submit some more brilliant advice instead of trashing mine i waited a couple days before posting, i just wanna help ive fixed laptops with blue screen errors by reinstalling windows before so im sharing and shizzon no disrespect taken i understand this is a technical subject idk how it works im just putting what has worked for me if windows registry has multiple errors then it could "overwork" the cpu to the point of protecting itself to the blue screen? -
Laptop "blue screen" errors
Truconcept replied to ricksi30's topic in Computers / Electronics / Music / Games
nah if the hard drive is failing it just gets slow as hell you wouldn't see that particular blue screen error as for the nvidia drivers not being right red flags and bells and whistles would tell him that as soon as he saw the desktop catalyst control would be like hey man and he would have problems from the beginning not at 15 minute intervals however a simple update from their website would fix this OP said the laptop is old, so i assume formatting the partition is ok to fix the problem. and if there is anything that needs saving it looks like it could be done before the blue screen of death strikes again on an old laptop a fresh copy of windows is always a good idea it makes the older hard drives job so much easier -
nice i wish i could do that kinda stuff
-
if you have room for everything you mentioned my opinion: (6) 15's!!! on (2) crescendo amps would be awesome to see edit: p.s- i like (6) 15's best cause i think, cone area > watts

Laptop "blue screen" errors

looks like a cpu problem try re-installing windows with a destructive system restore as windows could be corrupted and causing the cpu to malfunction you may have to get a fresh copy of windows cd/download as the copy your laptop would use 2 reinstall could be corrupted as well just a thought since the smart kids in the class haven't fixed it yet edit: how hot does the laptop feel when you see the blue screen? you could have a fan/cooling problem i would consider the cpu fan failing since the laptops older- 48 replies

so subwoofer build error and amp build error is out of the question? companies make mistakes FI basically blames large korean amps sending microwaved signals but OP has a quality sundown..... if all but 1 had a coating then there's still no way for them to touch each other and short out OP even noticed something funny about the sub before the fire

Sony Xplode 10's - modifying enclosure

Absolutely not. First off not everyone wants loud. Second, making cone area smaller doesn't at all fit anything you described. yea like i said car audio companies trying to produce smaller while keeping louder output for the small/new car guy with size limits

when i had walmart subs my mirrors wouldn't even move

isn't the goal of car audio companies to make small packages very loud? i see amps getting smaller and smaller people doing 145+ off 2 sundown 8's 500 watt rms subs knocking rear view mirrors off i thought this is the future of car audio
