I did think about the 9500 and the 3500, sorry, just forgot to post them. Um, XXX is kinda the same problem as the MT's, they weigh a little more than I would like. Not sure on the SE's though. The SX look doable though.

My buddy in Atlanta just started his own Internet Audio Store. Here is the link. Unfortunately the site is still being worked on so there is not much there. It will get better with time though! http://www.autosoundconcepts.com/ He can get just about anything (trust me, I have had him quote some pretty funky stuff ) If you need anything just give him an email and he will do his best to answer your question or get you a price. By the way, he goes off for his Marine Reserve 2 week duty the 15th of Sept so he won't be around to answer emails.

Wonder if you can post movies. About to find out. Hopefully a pair of 15l7's with some excursion. I guess you can do movies:) I might have 30-35 movies:) Kicker_15L7.mpeg

Don't always have to have an alt. Turbostart makes a booster for their 3 post batteries. The booster charges the 16v side of the battery from your 12v alternator. I was looking into this but the charge going into the battery would fry my amps.

Anyone know of a good company for 16v batteries other than turbostart?

Just wanted to add that I emailed SS with a few questions on Friday morning and just got an email back from him tonight. He was very nice and outgoing and if I am ever in need of a 12 or 15 I will def check him out again!

Maybe the Oz Audio ME10.2 or the ID Max> Hmm, damn, more to look intoL

Just checked out Incrimiator. The LI series does not look too bad, but they don't have the bad boys (DP Series) in a 10". Something else to look into though. Thanks for the suggestion.

You got to finally see one? Did you dfo something or did you just not see the movie before?

I do not think there is a Treo SSx10. Powerbass large 10's are not out yet. As for incriminator, I have never heard of them.

Turbostart's 16v battery is a sealed battery and it has a voltage of 16.8 while not being charged. It is roughly the same size as a normal battery. But it's charger is 19 volts.

I did get a quote from RE about th MT's, tey were my first choice, but I am not liking of idea of 2 subs in my car that weighs 110 pounds. With the box it will be around 150 just in subs. That is why I was looking at the othe subs. Most of those subs are only half of that weight. The heavest one on those other subs I listed was the Treo at 34 pounds. Not sure on the H2 though.

Any plans for some 10's? Preferably ina dual 1.4 or 3 ohm configuration. Maybe leaning a little toward the SPL side of the fence

I got my email back from Dom last night. It is $360 for a 180 amp alt for my Saturn. Not the cheapest, but not the most either. -
Concept cc-d2400 internals
Peteyglad posted a topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Since I have them I may as well post some internals of one of my new toys. Everything looks bigger than my old US Amps USA 100 -
Yeah, A little higher doing would do better. If you want some SQ I would tune to 40 but if you are not concerned about SQ, tune to 47-48.

I meant to say 1.4 ohm or 2 ohm congif, But if it ain't gonna happen, no sense

Granted, that was a unique install but I don't exactly think it was right of the guy to post pics of a customers install. Just doesn't seem like an ethical thing to do. I know if I owned the Escort and saw that post heads would be rolling!

Anyone tried this? http://www.splenduro.net/

windows service pack 2
Peteyglad replied to djjdnap's topic in Computers / Electronics / Music / Games
Works like a charm for me. I feel sorry for anyone on dial-up. Total download size was over 90 meg! It was about 25 minutes for me to download and install everything. -

I am downloading now. Hopefully not the same fate. But if you are not on the net, how are you posting? -
My first Shocker was an Atomic Thunder Shocker II. Did a 143.3 with 300 watts in the hatch of my old Talon. But she blew, had to send it back to Atomic Thunder and never saw it again:(

Here is an old Shocker Sig 18. Notice how big the motor structure is. Looks like a normal 12" sub, not an 18".

Back home in upstate NY we did "freighter chasing." For those unfamiliar with the term freighter, it is a nautical term for "big ass boat." Anyways, you just run up next to them in your boat. Nothing big, but it is cool to see it for the first time. Here is my latest encounter while up there n vacation. I had to get far away to get the whole ship in the camera angle. We got withing 20 feet or so of her side. Here is a link t see how big the ship really is. http://www.boatnerd.com/pictures/fleet/atlanticerie.htm In short, 736' long. A far cry from my little 17' fott I was chasing her with

Did these ever get released? How about their monster PR subs or their amps? Anything?
