Well i got my two treo ssi 15's running off a us amp 2000. i previously had two powerbass xs 15's. i put them in my powerbass box, which was close enough to specs. i'm pretty impressed. with the treo's weighing in at what seems to be half the pbx's. they pack one hell of a punch. and i'm willing to say they are about 5 decibles louder. i'll get it tested this week to further persue my conclusion. great sound quality. and you can feel alot more air flow in my explorer. cheers. i'm now sellin my pbx's to a friend of mine.

hahaha hey we can all dream right.. switch and gain 5db's.. yea uhh i was at a 179 before.. so with that 5db gain... riiiiiiight i ate to much turkey.. the sound quality at such high levels is great. but its no 5 decibles louder i assure you. we can all dream tho right?

Hey since you guys are planning on them new kickass amps. which would u mind droppin some minor specs?? wink wink. i waswondering since the xs lineup simply got a new chrome basket if their would be a new line up coming out or nething new. I'm happy with my pbx 15 xs's. i hit a 146 tuned at 30 hz with no dynamat in an explorer. gotta love it. i'm interested in that 3000.1 that i heard about. how badass these new amps gonna be? leak some info.. get the rumor mill crankin

thats sweet.. i'm gonna sell my us amp 2000 for one of them. i gotta find out more info down the shop. tnt here in pittsburgh. but they dont know to much about it yet. they are sponsored by treo and crossfire.. but they have powerbass as well.

same price basicly.. someone said the 4000x will die if i run it for daily use. i know the crossfires wont.. what should i buy.. i'm kinda eekin to know cus i'd like to order them before i go to sleep. gonna run two powerbase xs 15's dual 2 ohm. 1000 rms each

two 1000d's because theirs two on ebay for a total 200 less than buying one 2000d.. think its worth it or just use two 1000d'S?

Okay heres the deal.. i should within the next 2 hours or so recieve my two Powerbase xs 15's from ups.. I want to use crossfire amps.. your not gonna change my mind. any how I've been looking for a deal on them. And not on ones where the red light is on or it accidentally fell out of your truck on the free way, but you think it still works lol.. preferably new wit ha warranty. I'm working on building a show truck.. well daily driver/show vehicle. Here's what I'd like to accomplish 1993 ford explorer.. to be painted electric blue as soon as i get a free weekend to start body work.. rain = yuck 4x powerbase xs 15's - have two so far. will buy the other two if i can find a good deal on amps 4x crossfire vr2000d's - none as of the moment probably a pioneer or clarion head unit crossfire 5.25 component sets - havent bought yet. its still pretty much a to do list but I'm looking to start rapping up the purchases. so if you know someone at crossfire or have a key i can borrow.. lol jk itd be greatly appreciated. :thud: :thud: special thanks to neal for the great buy on the subs.
