I'm sure he was ssuggesting possible causes.As with any business he's trying verify if he's product is at fault.I've been running Singer for a few years and couldn't be happier with the product/customer service.A week to reply back,probably got busy,wether a day or a week he always had responded to my questions.

Agreed^^^^ If you drive an amp in to clipping its going to draw harder than it should also. That ground have to be that long? That's more ground than I would want,but that's just me. -

Not saying that's the problem,could be part of it. It regulates voltage as needed,sometimes it's not quick enough to react to the draw from quick bass beats because it isn't a constant draw. How and where is the amp grounded? Imo should be able to run that amp fine. -

Probably pcm controlled alternator,check grounds,do you have the big three? -

What do you have depth and width? Knowing the max space your willing to use will help a lot on driver selection,other than just height. -
