Hi I was just wondering when the level 5's will be released , as i'm selling all of my old equipment and almost ready for some new stuff. Congrats on the street a win . thanks Charlie

yeah my goal would be 2 pair of identical amps on 1 maxxlink , thanks for clearing that up . what woofers do you run i've got my amps picked out i'm just trying to decide on woofers
-
just curious would you need 1 maxxlink per pair or can you strap multipule amps off of 1 i'm not familiar with the maxxlink ?

Nick will you guys be setting up a booth at indy to showcase your products or just attending the show? just wondering if i'd be lucky enough to see the DP's in person!!! either way i'll see you there.

theres a free calculater on subwoofertools.com just figure your maximum outside dimentions and put in your woofers xmax and desired tuning frequency (HZ) and it will give your a cut list tell you how much material you need and a basic diaghahm of the box

I got the impretion that they could do that but that wasn't my main concern. give them a call they were extreemly helpfull to me. my understanding is that the lvl5 is going to tougher than an re mt in every possible way and the motor is f@$#ing huge on this thing like roughly 10 or 11 inches in diameter if memory serves me correctly. so in my opinion 4.5k for long bursts should be fine provided you have done everything correctly because i have played much cheaper china made subs on that kinda power for 60 second burts with no problems and I assure you the guys at dc have done there homework before producing this sub but dont take my word for it go to www.dcsoundlabs.com get rusty's # and call him up he will be able to answer any questions you have

last time i spoke to rusty he said he was trying to have them out for db drag finals but there was no garranty he'd have them done in time but we talked about the design and build quality they are gonna be AMAZING drivers and shouldn't rub out (scrub the coils) like the re-mt's

hi i'm interested in a pair of 18" btl's and i'm curious how much efficiency is lost by choosing the "daily" option and the "universal" option , these sub are going to be used in a streetmax truck but I may want to bass race occasionaly. I think i'm looking at dual 2 ohm, pole chamfer, thirdslug,hi xmax coil, daily, and universal for the build options on them how much would recones be so I could stock them so when i blow one i can just recone it and order a replacement instead of missing a show waiting on the UPS guy. Thanks for your time Charlie

Currently i'm using a transmission line enclosure with 2 mtx 8000 15's , but i intend to build a new wall when i get new subs . The new wall will likely be your typical "db drag " ported box any recommendations on internal volume and port area ? also i'm currently running 4 mtx 81000D amps but have got to 5000w amps that came from the same build house as the atomic 5000.1 amp and the adassa warlord. I plan on running 1 per sub thanks, Charlie

Hi my name is charlie , Mike Bartell suggested that i contact you guys. I am building a street max 1-2 truck , and am looking for the most efficent sub i can get as this class only allows a single battery . I'm interested in 2-15" subs that will take burps of 3000-4000 watts of clean power. Many companies have these 20,000 plus watt woofers and i fear that they will be too ineficent for my application. Thanks in advance for your time Charlie

So how should i order the btl's i'm not used to having build options.....i've always used woofers of the shelf
