Cosmetic only, aside from the fact that you don't need to subtract the subwoofers displacement from the enclosure nothing changes. I'm not sure about what you mean with the trim ring...

I would have to agree 100%, unless you can find a way to seal the 15. -
Properly setup the SSD's would be louder.

Crescendo had shipping problems that were out of SSA's control. Don't get me wrong I understand your frustration though. Hopefully you get them soon man.

That is one badass looking "budget" sub!

RE is trash, and you will never have a problem running less than RMS to a sub. The enclosure is the most important part so definitely save up and get a nice one.
