I was also going to suggest the XCON.

Depending on your wiring configuration, It might be hard to fit more than one wire in your sub terminal. Even with 10 gauge knu I had trouble.

No the lpf on the amp will take care of it, you can't use xovers on the hu because both amps will see that signal. -

Get a better set of comps for the front. A front stage that is properly setup can get crazy loud. Instead of buying 10 cheap speakers get some quality equipment. If you just want to be loud go the pa/super tweeter route. -
