Do you have everything else you will need? Batteries, amps, an alternator etc? How much power do you want to run and what are your goals?
-
Well that is good to know.

I remember when I did mine years ago I went to a shop and they wanted ~120 so I said fuck that and did it myself. Now I just use the coat hanger method and it takes no time at all.

Electrical upgrade planning - 2004 Chevy Blazer

I don't want to sound like an asshole, but you have close to 1500 post here and you don't know the answer to this question???? He just bought his first car lol. Every system that I've seen him do has been in a backpack. -
Welcome to the site!

And you might want to clean it

Very clean, looks like it needs two 15's though...

He oversaw the production of one of my favorite all time run about affordable sports cars. One of my buddies had a crazy nice mr2. Haven't talked to him in years, so he might still have it. That thing was stupid fast.

I'm glad that pic is shitty, it looks pretty nasty even though you can't really see it.
-
Should be fine.
-
Should be okay, it just depends on your listening habits. Just set it up and check your voltage.
-
Glad Nick took care of you.

Awesome!

That is great that you want to have that approach to this forum. The majority of new members recognize the same moderator(s) that you speak of. There are moderators on this forum that have a lot of knowledge to share only if it is common sense. I do agree, as does the majority of this forum's members, that there is a moderator that is condescending and after all the babbling is read isn't helpful. In the end if it bothers you that much log out and join a different car audio forum. I love this forum except for all the negative comments by some moderators.Like I said not all newbies understand them. They just get intimidated by them and give up! I DO understand your point, and I really do hate seeing people leave because of it. I know that Sean (I know this is the main person behind your post) really does mean well it is just too much for some people that join and are not aware that he has a lot of information to provide even if it is brutally honest. I have a thick skin but at some point when I was newer around here Sean seemed kind of like a dick to me. I read his sig and gave him the benefit of the doubt. I started trying to view his posts in a different way, and realized that he was not trying to be mean, rather he was trying to help me help myself. I have learned a lot from him, and wish that more "noobs" would give him a chance before abandoning ship and going somewhere else where misinformation runs rampant.I also love this forum because it isn't censored, and any bullshit is usually dealt with promptly, but maybe we can make a point to go a bit easier on new users while still trying to help them.

After looking at that set a bit more they look pretty nice. But I would still not suggest installing all 4 sets.
