People who don't know what they are doing, or have one goal...to be loud at the expense of sounding good.

Good for you man! The SSA family continues to grow

He switched build houses because it was junk. Not arguing either way, just stating the obvious.

For 300 shipped on the motors, that's a killer deal even after recones.
-
The more batts the better, just make sure they are all good. The spl labs meter is very accurate and a bit cheaper than the TL.
-
Congratulations man!

The RE calc is horrible. Agreed
-
So are you considering the eighteen now? If if so I highly suggest that you rethink that idea.

Electrical system?

Thank you!

Yup he's getting big. One day about three weeks ago he completely changed. He went from being a nightmare to an awesome dog literally overnight. Very weird but I'm happy!

If you are serious about wanting to get louder and don't own a meter that should be your first step.

Looking good!

Soooo true and funny. Some of the texts that I get for my Craigslist adds make me crazy. I'm going to start adding a disclaimer saying that I won't install it for you for free, NO it won't be as loud in your car with your prefab box and boss amp, and do not ask me if I accept returns a month after I sell you something because it's "broke" or doesn't "bang" as hard as you thought it would.

You can post mine too...if I ever take any

From what you have already stated you will want to go with a ported enclosure.
-
Which would you choose if you was wanting what I want with what I have? I def want good low bass also. Two SSDs will be easier to fit into the trunk and have more cone area. I've owned both and they are both excellent drivers.
-
Two 12" SSDs would be a good option as well.
