I was just coming back to say this. I blew my battery fuse one time and it made my car act really weird until I figured out the problem.
-
Have any pics? Did you ever get it wet?

Nice! Happy Birthday!

They are tuned at ~32-33hz

The factor ground from the negative battery terminal is still there in the second picture. Do you mean remove the new grounds and see what happens? Will this be ok to start the car without those two grounds I didn't see that it was still connected....hmm that was really my only idea.

Sounds delicious.

Reattach the factory ground and see if that helps. If you grounded somewhere else it might not be a good location.

This enclosure will work fine http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/enclosure-designs/icon/Icon_12_dual_ported_4.0.zip

And that amp will be perfect for two GCONs at 1 ohm.
-
The XCON enclosures will probably be better. I'll look at them and let you know.

This thread is a joke right? I did have a few good laughs reading it. Playboy pep, really?

Hmmm, that looks pretty cool.

That's going to happen no matter what. One side effect of the hobby is, you're never satisfied. So true, I am trying to stand my ground and stick with my current equipment for a while. I also vote for the ICON if it is in your budget.

I love the way my car rides on Eibachs and Tokico Illuminas. I would do the struts too but that's just me.

Happy Birthday Julian!

Damn.....Welcome to SSA I guess. Your van looks great!

I would do a slot port and use more port area. Yea, the issue is of course the length if you do more port area with precision ports. A slot port may start to be an issue if it takes up to much room. But that is all in the number crunching and see what happens in the end. No matter which direction it goes in...I'm sure it will end up being fairly loud. lol I'm sure you'll find a way to make it loud

Or that^^^ But still more port area.

What size aero ports? 30" sounds like a lot of depth for that car.

And no joke I am sitting on that exact sofa
