I'm not saying that the Ia's aren't nice, but with a 600 dollar budget I am sure that he can do better.

Cool pics! It's getting close to my favorite part of the year Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas. I assume that you enjoy October as well?

I 95% rehabilitated a bummed shoulder while actually getting up to a mile of swimming. I lived with the bad shoudl for years and once I started swimming it healed very quickly. Good to hear! It really is saving my ass, I don't think that I would be seeing these results if I didn't have a pool in my yard.

I can provide that tomorrow, I have been tracking my eating for the last ~2 months. I'm down ~65 lbs in that same time span, but I would like to see if I can do anything better. Congrats on the weight loss. I wanted to be SSAs biggest looser. If I dont stop having burger king for breakfast I will get my ass whipped! Again, congrats man. Thanks man! I still have my days where I eat stuff that I shouldn't but overall I'm doing much better. You really need to switch proteins. Chicken is the LAST animal anyone should ever eat. Okay, that and turkey, not sure which is worse but I try to avoid them at all costs. I am limited on time and range due to the amount of protein need to take in to maintain, and I can only eat so much tuna. I have been eating a ton of tuna lately, and I can see how it can get to be too much after a while. My main concern is making sure it is something that I can continue for the rest of my life. The last thing I want is to fall back into my old habits. I made an appointment with a nutritionist for next week, just to see what they have to say. I hate personal trainers and nutritionists because most of the time they are either blatantly wrong or like sean said, make you focus on the wrong goals. Being healthy gets you weight loss in your situation. Weight loss in no way makes you healthy. As for chicken, sean is 100% correct. It is a crap bird. Little to no value in it. People who truely LOVE chicken, especially the breast are usually the most unhealthy people I know. You also have to keep in mind that lean beef is just as lean as chicken. Especially when you count how much renders out. And the ONLY reason to consider reasonable amounts of fat an issue is if you have a specific medical reason to, or you really need to augment your calories for some specific short term goal etc etc. I guess I should reevaluate some of my new eating habits. I am only going to a nutritionist get some ideas, I will not treat their words as an absolute fact.

Agreed, budget for some sound deadening too.

Thanks for taking the time to post. I am not saying replacing the meat is what did it. I'd be willing to bet it was the drinking 5 days a week and eating a lot of fast food. I was also smoking almost a pack of cigarettes a day, and I'm down to one a week. I never used to eat breakfast, and I would eat a lot of food right before bed. Basically everything that I could do wrong I was. At my weight what I have lost isn't that much as far as percentage goes but I already feel much better. I can't wait to start exercising at the gym again which is hard at my current weight. I have been swimming about an hour a day which I can do without risking injury.

He would get you setup right.

At this point my only goal is weight loss, obviously I would like to properly fuel my body as well. I'm now 430 lbs and just under 6ft, so it was pretty much start digging a grave or completely change my ways, I chose the latter. The reason your comment caught my attention is because I eat chicken or turkey almost everyday. I have replaced 90% of my red meat with chicken or turkey.

Yes, as Drew already stated MOST amped components will be fine. I am not a fan of Rockford speakers, but that is my opinion. Try to demo what you can before you buy. These would also work well for him. http://www.sonicelec...-SPX-17PRO.html Now those I can agree with, I really like mine.

Strictly for weight loss...Am I better off eating 4 ounces of chicken or beef for dinner? Question is not applicable and stupid. You do NOT lose weight by eating. You also do not lose weight by not eating. So I should...

Well I love fish and I'm fairly sure I can say that fish is a very healthy protein. I guess I have always thought that between poultry and red meat, poultry would be healthier. (less fat?) I don't really know, it is kind of just in my head that poultry is healthy.

What vehicle, and where is the box located? What are the settings on your amp/head unit? The Sa's should get plenty "low" in that box, what music are you playing?
-
Because you can spend less and have the same or better quality. If you need them to match, go for it. I'm assuming you will just run a single 6.5 component set up front so you don't even need a 4 channel.

What is your budget? What speakers have you liked in the past?
-
But can it travel back to the future?

any personal experiences with RE XXX 6.5 Comp set

I wouldn't touch anything made by RE anymore. -
What coil configuration is your Q? Smashedz28 is looking for an older Q, so that might work out for both of you.
-
Yes it is, that makes it underrated.

Awesome, I'll be looking forward to them!
