I'm betting the Welcome to the IHOP thread helped the most...by far. Haha yeah that is like one third of the posts in one thread.

Almost there!

You can also get the I Heat ring if you want, but I would skip the spider, and the p chamfer is included with the cooling. I Heat Ring: This option is a machined aluminum ring in the gap that lowers the inductance of the voice coil which allows it to play up a little higher in the frequency range and have better overall transient response. Please note that you can NOT select low Qts and the I Heat Ring options together.

If you are positive that you are going to run it sealed get the high qts, and the cooling because it is still free Hurry while shipping is still free!!

Could I run this at a 1/4Ω ?

Also for what it's worth the audible difference would be minimal if you can even hear it. Is that because my efficiency would go out the window? The gain in power would not be enough to make it worthwhile. Theoretically you have to double power to see a 3db gain. (this is in a perfect world) It takes a 3db gain for it to be audibly louder, so if you put all of that together it just isn't worth it. -

Are you wanting to run it at .25 all of the time? yes, but that doesnt mean full tilt entire play time, id only run her 10 to 15 minutes at a day maximum at a "satisfying" output. and some days with very little output. I would advise against doing it then, unless like BrutalBasser said you have an extra amp or money to blow. -

The box is 15 inches tall by 32 inches wide by 25 inches deep. This gives you a mounting surface of 27.25, with your max dimensions I doubt that you will be able to kerf the port. The RE calculator is inaccurate and does not account for displacement correctly.

Simply put I'd say no. If you just want to burp at .25 I'd say MAYBE depending on your rise at whatever frequency you burp at. -
A 4" aero is pretty small for that sub.

Either way I'm sure that you'll be happy.
