i would have to say icons do get out and sound good doing it with out break a sweat.

depends really on what u are doing. as in pullups and pushup are great for just using ur own body weight. for like dead lifts i would go for just the bar and get the right form down so u dont hurt ur self some people will recomand a start weight cause i honestly dont know. but start lift and get form down is key to heavier weight i would think

How did you like them? What did you think of them? do i like them no i love these subs. sq and bass it makes for a SQ is amazing. i havew to give mark and aaron creadit they produced one hell of an amazing sub. if it was for mark and the him showing me his subs and not making me want to buy them but here them first. that sold me hearing them sold it these things do speak for them self.

I know, the max i can get in my single cab f150 is 2.60 cu feet. enough for 1 12" with the opt. enclosure, enough for 2 12" with minimum, or 2 10" with the right size enclosure for 2 of them, also i dont want to know how big and long the port would need to be. 2 3" ports(i know its not big enough) i believe was like 50" long EACH, ouch. and i wont go sealed, tried it, not enough bass for my tastes. i c what ur taking about. i was just giving u options in what to buy. PM if intersted tho.
