The Z v.3 12" looks very nice, what is the estimate motor width and mounting depth Jake? and what's the estimate price? thanks.
-
Ok thanks a lot BILTD.
-
Very Nice BILTD, I have a question, I'm a bit confuse here, how do you tune a port like this? because i don't see the port length in the port, does the sub baffle act as the port length? what determine the port length here or how you tune a port like this? Thanks, Aruman.

Nice Jake, do you have pic of the front? is it like bullet style?

I remember reading somewhere on another forum about this Black Market Audio Company and they told that Scott/ Fi build them.

Very very nice looking sub I'm a big fan of these type of cone subs. congrats and good luck with it. -
Yes I've search around for comparison of the Mach 5 Audio IXL 12" with other subs, but with not much luck. So I was wondering people who have experience with this driver how does it compares with the RE Audio SE's, the FI Q and the FI SSD in Loudness in sealed enclosure of 1ft^3 I know they have awesome SQ, can they handle much more than they rated 1000wrms daily? For a loud daily driver with multiple of subs like 20+ in a sealed enclosure, which one of the above will you choose? it has to be loud sealed because a bunch of them, good sq and good power handling. Do you guys think it's a good idea to go with 24x of the IXL 12" sealed diamond or clamshell enclosure? Anyways thanks, Aruman.

So they are not only SQ woofers they have the ability to get loud maybe like the FI SSD or is the SSD still louder?
-
Thanks guys, so how you guys compare the IXL with the Subs above?
-
Thanks guys, Denim , I think more on the Diamond compared the Clamshell, something similar to Pipo, Tommy KOB or Steve Cotton, it doesn't have and won't be as loud as them that's not my goal and I don't have the knowledge they have, where I'm from even If I do a shitty install (which I won't do) I'll still be way louder than the others, using this amount of subs. Car will be a 1997 Chevrolet S-10 single cab with an truck cap. Amps: Sundown Audio. It's a big build, so that's why I'm taking my time looking around for the best subs for this purpose. And how they do on the meter? Anyways thanks, Aruman.

So, 2x Se's Ported wouldn't be louder than 2x Havocs Sealed?, then why did Tommy use SE, he could ed use havocs instead.

happy b-day denim

Yes Bromo is right, if you can get some more info on the IA KOB series will be great, I've heard his truck at the SBN this year and it was very very loud, I don't know how much difference it was when he was using the RE SE's. the IA KOB was very loud and sound good doing it, I know they are rated 1000Wrms more I don't know.

This is Interesting.

Yes guys do you know how many Alt. can be installed in an 1999-2001 Chevrolet S-10 Pick-Up. Thanks
-
Something like Pipo Sanchez or King Of Bass, but in a lighter way.
-
The ones in the pic is the 40.1 and the 20.1, the 30.1 was on another table.
-
OK guys here's the question, will it be a big difference on the meter and by ear going from 4x RE SX 12" (powered by 2x USAmps MD-3D in an 7 ft^3 tuned at 34Hz) to 4x RE MT 12" in the same box and tuning but power by (4x MD-3D thus one Amp per MT's) I assume the MT is similar to the BTL's and they recommend 1.75ft^3 per 12" BTL drivers, so it will work ok. Will you notice a Big difference in loudness, and is it worth it the change? and how about to 4x FI BTL 12" in the same box and the 4x MD-3D? Anyways, thanks. Aruman

thanks Honda, I want louder on music and what do you mean by a lot of stroke? for electrical 2x Ohio Gen 230 A Alt. for battery 1x Power Master D5100 and 2x PM D3100 in the back and 3 runs of power and 3 runs of ground to tofront battery. And if it isn't much louder on music, than it isn't worth the change Anyways thanks.

Ok guys I have a question, currently I'm working on my car I'm about to install my new Audio system which consist of 4x RE SX 12" d4 in a 6.8- 7.2 ft^3 enclosure tuned at 34hz powered by 2x US Amps MD-3D and for vocals I have 4x Sets of the RE 6.5 Comps thus a total of 8x RE 6.5 Speakers powered by 2x MD-21 and 4x subs. Now I was wondering since I'm modifying i could put 2x more sets(4x more RE 6.5 speakers) and 1x more MD-21, thus a total of 12x RE 6.5 Speakers for the 4x RE SX12", my car is more for Demo purpose and Carshow thus I want it to be loud Inside and also loud outside it's not a every day drive car, so should 12x RE 6.5 be good or to much for the RE Sx's, or should i stay with 8x RE 6.5 speakers that i have right now? the reason I ask is i don't have personal experience yet with RE and since I had some problems with my last install I was thinking about doing more speakers, my last Install was 4x MTX 7500 12" Sealed Box and I had 4x MTX 6.5 speakers which also was 50 wrms each, but the bass was to much for the vocals and since my car is more for demo, and since now I'm going from sealed to ported with a much Superior subs and with more than double the power, I'm thinking that maybe 8x RE 6.5 speakers wouldn't be enough for the SX 12's and was thinking doing 4x more RE 6.5 speakers. so what do you guys recommend go 12x or stay with 8x RE 6.5, will the 8x RE 6.5 be more that enough? Anyways thanks, Aruman.

24x 12" in een Diamond Shell zal mooi zijn.

Hi guys, recently i bought some new RE Audio and USAmps equipments: 4x RE Audio 6.5CompSet, 4x RE Audio SX12" dual 4ohm, 2x MD-21 and 2x MD-3D here's a link http://forum.ecoustics.com/bbs/messages/4/468403.html Now I have a question about the MLT function it's says in the owners manual that the Impedance should be between 4-8ohms, I thought that the final ohm will be 2ohm since each amp will be wired to 1ohm (2 RE SX on each MD-3D), now I'm confuse what power do I get if I wired them as the owners manual shows 4ohms I wont get the full 4000wrms between the two right? because it's not wired down to 2ohms. can anybody help me out here? and the other question is about the Md-21 (2 channel) can i wire 2x Re 6.5Comp per channel thus giving them a final ohm of 2 ohm per channel will it be safe because in the owners manual it says that Impedance 4-8ohms and for mono block 1-2ohms, now can i wired them at 2ohm for stereo? anyways thanks

The external regulator came with the Alt. itself it's an adjustable regulator and it is 15.92 volt Hot at +2000rpm engine.
