The box specs are in the first 2 links..it's a big box (roughly 2.55 cu ft), I avoided all the small ported prefab boxes because I figure it would be too peaky

thanks for the fast reply...I was using the Re box calculator and it seems like the box is 2.54 cu ft tuned to 36 hz..if I extended the port another 7 inches, then the internal space drops to 2.4 cu ft and tuning down to 33 hz I was just going off these values..I know it doesn't take into account sub displacement..but is the re calculator accurate?

I been waiting for this. Yea i ordered on the 2nd of this month and was waiting for the shipping info. Hopefully mine would be in that batch. I was hoping to get it before monday..since I got off due to the fact that mon and tues is a holiday

To answer the original poster..I also second Fisher Customs. I have a box by them sitting in the closet and its very well built. not to thread jack, but I also have the same questions and felt like another thread was not needed. I was thinking 2.3 or 2.5 tuned to 30 hz(trying to decide between 30 or 32hz) for 1 12 LI. I'm trying to save weight and room...so I was going to use aeroports/flared ports. Questions are: has anyone tried sub up, port side OR sub front port side? I didnt want too deep of a box so I was going to go with a longer width and put the ports on the side. I havent seen too many boxes with ports on the side. This will go in a trunk car.
