Hey guys, I'm sure this question has been beaten to death, but it's been a looongg time since I was in the market for new sound gear. I have a 15" sittin in my truck that hasn't been used in about a year since I blew out my system which included a Hifonics BX1500d pushing the mag. Sounded good and all, but now that i'm rebuilding, I don't think I need the rediculously loud setup anymore. Just something clean and tight. I'm looking at possibly the Hifonics bxi606 -- 600watt rms @ 1ohm. Think this'll get the job done? I'm sure theres another level of amp beyond the Brutus, but for me - the watt per dollar ratio is pretty nice. Setup is ported to SI recommendations. Lemme know what ya think. Thanks!

theres actually some room in front of the driver.. a few inches, at least. other than that, it fits like a glove.

ahh.. finally got er goin. i'm shocked i managed to squeeze 4 cubes in the back of my eclipse, but we managed to do so with about a quarter of an inch to spare. the setup sounds incredible. thanks for the suggestions. -J

Whatsup everybody... I've recently decided to upgrade from my 12" mag to a 15 Now i'm tryin to figure out the ideal box size, etc for my setup. Its goin into an '02 Eclipse Hatch powered by a Hifonics BX1500d. I'm lookin to do ported, but space is a tad limited. I'm thinkin i wanna go with a lil more spl than sq, but still a decent mix. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.

Anybody know if i could find any kind of SI decals to paste all over my car? I'd like the people in the car next to me to know whats shakin em.

i've heard a few recommendations on box specs for the d2 12" original claw basket 12"... how would it fare in a 1.63 cu^3 tuned to 36hz?
