well heres the deal, i have them make me a custom configuration recone. i had a Nightshade 2 motor, coil, cone surround.. with a sundown ZV3 spider.. and its wider and softer, so it had tons of movement but the surround was wider then it was tall so SOME people had problems ripping surrounds.. i did not.. but this time i had them make me basically a ZV3 recone kit with nightshade v2 coils. now i have a nice tall surround to match the limits of the wider spider.

well i got my toggle installed and my dash back togather.. went for a little test run.... i sure wish db-r would have left my settings alone.. but what ever now it gonna be a bitch to tune it back... but the good news is i got my lows back!! yeah. shes loud again.. ill have to break the subs in before i meter, also started fixing my water leak issue. all off all on

yeah thanks, i just found out that the company is going to send a truck out of dallas for the fuel ( 4 hours or so away) and i may just lose the job..... in my experience any time the DOT allows a wait time like that, the company has time to send there own wrecker out to do the job, to control cost better .. it will suck to lose the money but hell like i said i hate fuel tankers.. ill eat this one and live to see another day!

i have not tuned it or anything yet, i have been working on the toggle mount, ( bigger job then i expected) and running the remote cored and wire, ,. but i also came across a " lincoln issue" that i susspected i had but didnt have proof,. the fresh air intake for the a/c system pulls from the cal uner the wipers, anyway it has a gasket that craks and dry and lets water into the floor bored of the car, so yesterday i pull the drain plug and folded the carpet up and let it air dry half the day between calls. im nervous it will sounds different, i went with different cone and surrounds this time then normal, on paper i should get more throw.. but in application who knows also my batteries are so far from the amp now im scared i wont be able to burp as hard as i was with them being a foot from the amp and being connected by buss bars... but i guess well find out

im on stand by to go and recover a rolled over fuel tanker... from what the sheriffs dept told me when they called they still had life flight on the ground and were cutting the guy out of the cab.. and for me to start figuuring out what were gonna do with the fuel, UHGG i hate fuel tankers.... cant work the liquid, so i have to unload it, but its gravity emptied so when its on its side that never works well, and once its empty its more volatile.. gonna be a hell of a day!

i have a hand full that i drive this one is my daily/ole trusty shes a 99 freightliner FL 60 with the 5.9 cummings and a 4 speed Allison , and its a 19 foot roll back with a wheel lift, so i can two at once, shes my ole trust gal we have been thru alot of shit together in out 8 almost 9 years together.

shit with wheels is easy to roll... no matter how heavy... the hardest part is getting it rolling.... ; you can pull an 18 wheeler with a rope and your body if you do it correctly.

i have to share this with you guys, so the window tint is mega faded from 8 years of the texas sun.. so i went to the local shop .. i pull up in my wrecker to talk to the tint guy, and some asshole tooling around with someones stereo yells over " hey you gonna put a system in that thing !?" i reply with no.. i already have one.. thats prolly sounds better then most the cars you crank out of this joint.... and i keep walking.. well i guess i pissed him off cause he was standing next to my truck when i returned, and asked me " what didcha say" so i repeated, ... then he chuckled and said ha yeah right. where did ya have it installed oh audio outlet? ( another local shop) i told him . no. i did. he laughed again.. . by that time one of the local guys walked over and heard what we were talking about and the tone the guy was using.. and he asked the guy .. do you know who this is your talking to? he said nah. then was quick to tell me well lets hear it if its so bad ass... so i told him to climb in... i never talk about my wrecker on here but i spend alot of time in it.. so of course it has a decent set up for a work truck, so i put him in the driver seat, and i climb into the passesnger, i noticed hes looking around trying to find some massive box, i turn on my stereo and on flash drive is loaded with everything.. just so happends MJs thriller was keyed up. so i make a few setting changes and roll it up .. if you know the song you know it take about 30 seconds befor music starts.. and then its a slow build up.. a classic sleeper demo song.. so we get 50 seconds in.. and the build up is complete and its playing great.. he says god damn boy where did you have this installed at again?.. i said i did it my self, yeah but who helped ya.. no one. then who told you what to buy.. lol so how many of the A. im assuming your talking about fi spiders sag?... nope. 99.8 percent of the postings of peoples subs failing is PROVEN to be user error. its PROVEN that PSi's spiders sag, even when not being over powered, they have other issues too. but for you to say that the majority of the issues posted about fis sub are not user error your just being blind, and there is NOTHING one can do operator wise to prevent a sagging spider...
