i have the same trunk and you.... build another box... face it back. and let it wang..... my only problem is...sum times.. when i play hard my trunk pops at its own will...... but i adjusted it and now its fine,.

from afar, it looks alright,.... we have already went over this in another topic.... not about this car.. but about cars like this.

so a friend brought his freind from another town, cause he said he was louder then anyone..... and well me being me.. i think i can give anyone a run for there money... we meet at the local walmart. we shake hands and get right into it.. i pop my trunk. he says o wow you have Batterys in your trunk..... i say umm yup... hes looking around.. and i says.. i donno if i wanna turn mine up now....... so i tellem lets check yours out,,, with out poping the trunk he just turns his up.... now it made alot of noise, but it was all the trim on his trunk metel on metel crap, i ask him if i can sit inside ... i have a sit, and its very poor. we go back to my car... i tell him to sit in the passenger side.... now in his car we listened to about 45 seconds of his best song.... i turn mine up... my dash is jumping the spl is pumpin..... we listen to maybe 9 full songs in my car.. and every second on his face was like amazment, o yeah i drew over 250 amps again, i won. i wanna win more.. i want a trophy.

it looks nice... but just knowing its done all wrong makes me sick.

well.. i do intown tows and chit like that too... but im 1 of 2 people in the county that can tow an 18 wheeler... so when anything happends like this im called,and and asfar as the car wrecks.... i dont wanna sound like a prick but.. im pretty good. so when a bad wreck happends.. im usaly the one that gets the call.....

thats a wreck i worked on the 10th. a drive fell asleep.. crushed 160 foot of gaurd rail.. and went down 60 feet, and into the san marcos river, i got the call at 3am. we finished at 130 pm, im in the orange shirt, NOT THE JACKET,

it sure can.. and usualy it causes it until you open the trunk... i started young... and with no big brother or friend i could look up to when it came to audio... out of all the kidds where i was from.. i started first, and sought after problems... i was poor and didnt have money to take my car places.. neither did my friends...... i fixed alot of other peoples mistakes along tha way. im sure there are more things to cause it then that.. but those are some... o yeah and your RCA could be cut.. or pinched.

ground loop...... you have a few options, 1. get a ground loop for your RCA's that go to your 6x9s 2. your amp is mostlikly screwed into the metel of your car.... use small screws.. screw your amp to a board, then use more screws to bolt the wood to your car, 3. besure that your power wire and your RCAs DO NOT run togather.

ahh ok... thats what i thought 305 10 inch rim. i did not know that the 245 or 265.... was for mili meters

305's are 12 even, 265's are 10.5 265 is 10.5... nah... my 20's are 265 i think.. lemme go check here in a bit. so what does that mean a 275 is what.. and a 245?

there was a spot big enough to fit two runs of 1/0 high on the firewall straight back from the battery location, so that was easy... BIGJON, I have a Kinetik 2400 sitting here now, just need the time, and find somewhere to fit it... thought if could go along side of the box, but its pretty tight there... I also tried just throwing it up front in the factory location and its too big there as well.... I might just throw it on the floor behind the driver seat if nothing else... but it did hit 147.2, with just the lowly yellow top.... nice score........ nice kinetiks aswelll..... how does that orion do with the strain... hot? shutting off? i alllways liked those tc's
