Are SAZ-1500d's going to be hard to come by?

noo there are two models... the 1500d v1 and then the 1500 v2.. the second has more heat sinks.. yadda yadda... thay are allways around... and i wouldnt think otherwise in the future. the 2000 wont be around for a while from the way jacob talks.

    suggestions on subs/ system design

and i wanna know if you plan on getting more power or just staying with the one amp/// IMO.... in a SUV a vented box is the way to make noise.... and move air... spl. also it would be VERY HARD imo to make that sub perform well in a sealed box with out the correct power.... also.. IMO!!! i have found that sealed boxes for better for me with alot of power.. and on rock techno and so on....... while a vented box you can run less power.. and get a deeper longer sound...... like rap.. and tones...

    2 X 18" btl's vs. 2 X 12" W7's

When I first got them I ran all (4) on a single 40.1 (I only had one), so that was around 1000 watts each. Sounded awesome. Yes, right now I run around 16,000 on them, but I can guarantee you that 75% of the time they are only getting around 800-1000 each and they are more than loud enough and sound awesome. Brian you know what im saying.....

That would depend on how much is intends on playing the system with his car off. If his alt puts out a good amount of amps at idle then it should be fine for daily driving. NO SIR...... that is far from true. REGARDLESS if you ever plan to play with your car off.... NO MATTER you must have extra cells to play the SAZ 3000d..... jacob states! Sundown Audio only recommends this amplifier for experienced users with an upgraded alternator and additional batteries* due to the enormous power output potential thats from jacob him self........ PLEASE do not give advice if your not sure

    2 X 18" btl's vs. 2 X 12" W7's

you need more power then 1000 watts for an 18 inch btl..... you can power i 15 bl or a q with a 1000 watts but not a 18 inch btl... imo you have been starving those W7s.....
  16. vato zone or your local part house can check it for free...... imo 13.4 is very good for being off.. and 14.2 is right fo running.... it could be alot of things... check the amp u first... to me it sounds like the voltage regulater or the dioeds.. its still charging just not correctly

lil problem startin to piss me off

why would you ground it out!!!!... i just keep reading ground.. when imo we should not be... the problem that you have is called turn on/off noise.. it was a problem with some older amps.... OR CHEAP AMPS>...... it will pop even with the radio off...... or even with the RCAs not even on,..... you can just use a jumper wire... jump from your 12v input.. over to your remote..... if it "pops" or bumps what ever you wanna call it.. you know it will be your amp... what kinda amp is it again

3000 Watt boss amp powering my 18" Bl

and from what i know there is no law or regulation makin companys state true fact about their amps power....... its has been along time problem.... but it also has its perks... some amps do a 12 volt 4 ohm power rating..... so that people can get in the 400 watt class thay need to be in.. but be pushing over 1 k @ 1 ohm dig it

    3000d draw at 2 ohm

You would not be disappointed with the 1000D's and you could get away with your stock alt and a powermaster 3100 as a secondary battery. PS. The big three IMO on the Magnum which is somewhat the same setup as my charger would require you to run 1/0 from your alt under the hood to the battery in your trunk. It only has 4 ga factory so I would highly recommend it. That's the plan. So maybe that's a better way to put it, which will draw less a strapped pair of 1000's or a 3000@2? lol ooo jaaacccoooobbb
