thats very similar to what I run for 2 3000s a 160 amp rated alt D2400 under the hood and 2 D2700s in the trunk you run 2 of them straped at 2 ohms or each at 1?..... and how is your voltage look while playing.

u should run a 0 gauge,+..... and then run a 0 gauge -......to the steal in the rear of your car... what kinda car is it? you need to get the big three out of the way for now dig it. you can be working on stuff while you save up... and dont think that you must buy some over priced stinger amp kit for 2 bills.... nah nah.. just buy a 20 foot run of + 0 gauge.. i dont know you but you prolly have a corolla or somthing.. so you will use 14 foot or so on your+... then you will have all that left over wire.. use it for the ground.. and on the big three. me... well im kinda crazy weird... i run mine under the car.... then i drill a whole in the back and up she comes... seal your hole up and your done.... i like to run the wire inside of pvc for protection. but your dont have too. just make sure its fused in the front and the back. but you can also take out all your seats.. and the run the wire down the middle of the car...

yes thats true it does... but it sounds like you will most likly crank that up and clip that chit..... heres the thing man.. you want a great sound but you dont wanna pay for it...... sundown is cheap brother..... real cheap if you look at its compation.. and matched with the best CS on the planet you cant get any better.
-
then do it.. so do whatcha want/need to... if you go with the hifonics your talking about. it takes a 4 gauge.... if your gonna do a hifonics try to find a BXi 2008D its a lil better IMO for your needs. but there is no subsitute for quality.

when its switched.. it sees that its on operation... grounded... then ungrounded. and then over again. does this make any sence..... now some head units like the pioneer dvd avic n1 2 3 and are diffrent. i have another dvd player that i have as a video input, then i can watch a dvd... while listing to music. -

the only reason i could guess is that he wants to get full power from what ever amp hes using... M5 you have a topic that talks about ohms heat and power and what not right? i remember it being VERY long.... but i could not find it when i was looking to relay it to this OP
-
ahhh you are right sir.
-
fi's subs dont have a pole vent at the bottom of the motor.
-
1 15 takes that much? you got it boss. i have a saz 3000d on 2 15's..... 3k @ 1 ohm. the btls take even more power.
-
what? im confused is this sub d1 or d2? d2 your wire should be like the first diogream http://rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/woofer_w...mp;woofer_imp=3 and that would be 1000 watts at 1 ohm.. for your amp.
-
thats wild, i wanna see tha vid of what what following them. have yall seen those people who have killed chupacabras thats weird too,
-
did you already take the sub from its box.
-
your voltage should never spike that high,... i bet your alt is stuck open and over charged your system. check your alt, and your cells. too much power will cause problems fosho.

i lived in fla for a long time. i know for a fact thair are many fi owners in fla. and some on ssa. nightshades are some nice subs too from what owners tell. i dont yet own a pair.. but im working on that soon. but the subs were talking about like a little more power then a 1000/1. the bl 15 IMO likes anywhere from 1200 - 1500 watts. thats clean power.
-
Im from Largo Florida. What do you think of 2 15 Ascendant Arsenals or 4 12 Assassins? i have never owned a set of AA's i wanted to buy a pair.. but then learned that fi is IMO better. and AGAIN IMO with AA you pay a little more for the name. so many IMO's cause i have a feeling someone is gonna get mad.

i was at this car show last weekend.. there was this guy that had two w7's in an big body impala, it was so weak, he thought it was the best thing going, and alot of other folks did too... i know for a fact that my car is much louder. many of my friends went and check his out, cause i told them that JL w7s are nice subs... but when thay came back thay were very disapointed. whre are you from?
-
im sure you do think were off topic and maybe we are... but i do not think the rear window seal is the weakest point. and deff not in a wall type encloser... as you can see here the DOOR seals are the weakest. but there is only one way to find out.
-
that is a blow thru..... and i didnt see any broken glass. and i think most of the newer s10s have 1 glass in the rear... and if you do a wall, the back glass is sealed away from the pressure, glass breaks when it hits somthing.. like glass... or metal other wise it will just flex, until the air excapes else where. like a door seal or jam. not saying that its impossible... but unusaly its winsheilds that break... from flexing... and thay break cause its two layers of thin glass... not one paine or thick tempered glass. see how all the flex is from the box forwerd.

should have took a pic of the pallet of amps!
