depends what kinda car truck or suv..... full steal frame? to the frame be sure to do the big three... sub frame or a two part frame.. or a uni body.... i would run the wire to the front.

i did my rotors and pads when i had 20's it was perfect for 20's and 22's stopping the 24's was a big harder... i never noticed as i drive huge trucks for a living.. up to 130K lbs... so i slow sooner out of nature... but when other people would drive it they would note its change. looks good, i like it... that remote start is next?

ok on some pioneers if you unplug the unit.. you have to go into your options go to AVI options.. and there should be a few options.. one will be rev cam.. then vid input or dvd.. try those options... look around a bunch with options on the unit. also check your ground again.. try another switch... -

ok your confusing the shit out of me.... ground one wire... put it on 1 or the 2 leads off the switch...... take the e brake lead off the hu.... and put it to the other lead on the switch..... put your unit on... flip the switch ...... once... then again... and then one more time.... it should work... show it ground.. then no ground then ground..... then it will work... -

Electrical needs for running a saz-3500d + sax-125.2
jonbearsmt replied to mrbojang's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
i would do 2 of those. Yeah, I have a yellow top currently. Should I run one deka in the front, and one in the rear? I'm not sure about how much room I'm going to have to spare. Going to be running 6 sa-10's... Would it be possible to keep the yellow top upfront and throw a single deka 9a31 in the rear? it would be best to have 2.... but if you cant fit one up front... as they are pretty large then you can keep the yellow up front and run the deka in the rear.. and see how it goes... just make sure you get a voltmeter installed on the dash and watch your self. -

Alright. I'll get the 270 amp alternator from DC Power and take it from there. Thanks for the help like i said you will need atleast 150 amp hours worth of cells too... i forget what color top you said you had but if its yellow.. its prolly only 50 or so... you will need more. -

you can run it off 160 amps./.. if you have a large cell bank..... other wise atleast 150 amp hours and 260 amp alt.. and thats to play with motor running only. -

. I see in your sig that you are using sundown. How would they stack up to type r's? Where i live i have not seen anybody use sundown. type R's dont even start to touch nightshades, no one in my area ever ran sundown... i can assure you that people around here know about sundown now! i have been installing for 14 years or so.. i have ran everything mainstream in my days. i tryed FI BL's and then made the switch to sundown.... im glad i did. i have never used a company that #1 had such great customer relations. and #2 stands behind thair products like sundown #3 the time sundown spends makinf sure thair audio lines please is amazing to me... you can truly see that it is jacobs passion... and that means alot to me.. as car audio is my passion aswell..... the first time you hear/feel sundown you begin to understand WHY people who run sundown LOVE sundown... it seems like you have the urge to try it family....... if i were you .. i would sell those type r's and try sundown.. and check it out... you wont be sorry.
