I'm down for one. Come on fellas, this is the amp so many people have been wanting & waiting for. It's time to step up and make this happen.

Girls are good for an extra 5db. Trust me I know. My two lil girls & wife have damaged my hearing far worse than any of my stereo setups. I wonder if Jacob will have to wear ear plugs to protect his "sq" ears.

Ahhahahhah... LOL!

What DB is that Ford hitting???? I know that I'll be hitting High this summer with my new system. Burp vid At an event a few weeks back it went up against another Excursion w/ 6 12"s (or maybe 6 15"s) in a grudge match and hit a 150.6 @ a 31hz peak for 30sec playing Gorilla Zoe - Waddle screwed. The other guy hit a 146 something.

The 1st rule of Team Sundown is you do not talk about Team Sundown!
-
If your vehicle can do that ^ you can be on Team Sundown.
-
Only people who know someone who knows Simon Eichenberger can be on Team Sundown.

<-- Will work for car audioz.

That's a really small area. What vehicle is this? Which way do you prefer to face the sub and port?
-
Yeah, just mark in the notes section what it's for.

We have that same exact chair in our shop.

this box would work in my car !!! You don't mind if I try it do you ? I don't mind. For spl you're gonna want more port area though. Also will it still be below your window line?

Kickin Kia Finally Has converted to Sundown

Good luck Danny. -
My setup with a pair of NightShade 15"s used external ports. That's the only way I can fit them and remain below my windown line. Using your dimensions though you can easily do 6ft net volume with the four rear facing ports. The problem will be them being really close to rear hatch. What are you trying to tune this to? With full 17" long ports you're gonna need the box to be at least 22" internal depth which equals 23.5" external when you only have 24" available. In your situation I would go with a slot port firing up on the driver's side.

When it's time Jacob will let everyone know. Until then you'll just have to wait in suspense. Specs: 500w @ 4ohm 1000w @ 2ohm 2000w @ 1ohm
-
If you were to strap them into a 1ohm load they will each see 0.5ohm. Many people safely do this but these pull a lot of current @ 0.5ohm so you better have a really REALLY good electrical to support the pair. As for the saz-3500s they will be rated 7,000watts strapped @ 2ohms.

How About a Side by Side by Side by Side by Side Comparison?
Derrick824 replied to rushnrun's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
It would be a lil more fair to put a pair of strapped saz-1500s against the Massive wouldn't it? -
Give me your measurements and I'll draw something up for you.

Mounting depth is 11 1/8" and displacement is like 0.25ft.

I am in need of a Sundown Audio Window Decal
Derrick824 replied to cameron_B1's topic in Sundown Audio
Most companies don't care because it's all free advertisement for them. Most of them will also send you some free decals if you just ask or at least pay shipping. All the companies I've spoken with have been really cool about this type of stuff and will gladly email you the files to have your own stuff done locally if you'd like. PM or email me [email protected] -
