Thinking of getting a HDTV
loudcav replied to Juslivin's topic in Computers / Electronics / Music / Games
a good TV for the money is the Vizio 32" walmart has them on rollback and I want to say they are like $380 for the price you will pay for it its a very nice TV Ive got it in a plasma I wanted the LCD but the store was out and the warehouse was showing that it was out too pissed me off that we got them in a couple days later and since Im an unloader I see all the cool stuff first -
you might have a ground loop see if you cant get one of the cheap RCA ground loop isolators and see if that dosent help some
-
Just use an aero port stock length on the 2 inch will give you a tuneing very close to 30hz

get a DMM and find out -
what about 5 5amp fuses or did meca put a stop to that
-
I would upgrade from that 4g wire asap
-
anyone who throws the amp in the cosmetic box and calls it a day and ships it off that way is an idiot there is a reason why I usualy keep the packageing that Jacob sends it in. what is it going to take for people to get that? perhaps Jacob will have to post names to embarass these folks into packing right
-
I would hope that it would almost blow a 15 amp breaker and that guy dosent sound very knowlegable anyways
-
ya thats on the list of things to do next box I got to thinking of that when I was playing around with it in the truck I can reuse that port so next time around when I can get better measurements of the centerseat section Im probably going to do an internal port
-
would that be for a customer I know?
-
I took the box out to the truck today and did a bit of testing for a single 8 it wasnt bad granted the box was just sitting on the tranny tunnel between the seats so all it was loading off of was the roof should be louder once its behind the seats so it can accualy load off something and a pic the box is more of a test box than anything Ill probably build another this spring if Im happy with the outcome
-
Ive gt the box almost done guess Ill see how it turned out soon enough Ill have more than enough power for it so Im not worried on that front the bx isnt extremely pretty but you will almost never see it its a regular cab truck all thats really left to do is patch up a couple mistakes and sand it down
-
gives me hope for my single E8 tho its just going into a regular aero ported box
-
I dont have cable in my room tou would be suprised how many dont have that and have bought the converter box there for a wile we couldnt keep them in stock
-

-

Sorry, unfamiliar with what CA glue is? It's a long explanation, I'll let Wikipedia take care of it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyanoacrylate My bad.. Superglue... not exacly super glue but similar well the stuff used for subs isnt super glue its stronger and often times black in color

-
just the looks and the new amp is supposed to run cooler but my old 3000Ds ran like Ice personaly I like the looks of the old amps better I dont like the model number being on both sides I think it looks silly but thats just me

how many watts is (good) 4 gauge good for?
loudcav replied to the mange's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
you may not need the big 3 I dont have it on my daily driver using a single sax 100.4 front 2 channels on the highs and the rear channels bridged to the subs -
