    1 18" BL or 2 15" SSDs

I want a loud daily driver that will pound the lows. I have 1500 watts and about 8 ft^3 to work with.. The BL would be fully loaded, and the SSDs have the copper coil option.. Opinions?

I don't know if an 18" Q will provide the SPL I am looking for.

two saz 3000ds on two MTX9500 12 or FI BTLS

I'd personally go with the BTLS...They would handle the power a lot better, and definitely be better SPL wise. I have seen a few 9500s in competitions and was not all that impressed with the numbers they put up.

    Which 18" would you choose?

Currently deciding between an 18" Bl or an 18" RL-P.. I am basically looking for just a loud daily driver that will pound the lows. I have 1500 watts on hand to power them.. What could I expect from each sub, and how do they compare?

    recone for 2 l7's

yeah that would be the tinsel lead..i had that problem with 2 different L7s, including my current one.. I hope Scott can fix them without reconing the sub maybe?>

Is 1500 watts too much for an 18" RL-P?

well...with my current amp I can give the sub 900 watts... I just want to be able to get it to its full potential..And I will be in a competition or two on it..May just set the Rockford to around 1200 watts for daily and crank it up for burps..

    recone for 2 l7's

Well... I am kind of in a similar situation but mine doesn't need reconed...Just better tinsel leads.. All 4 tinsels have been resoldered back at the terminal...But one just broke near the cone... Could you fix that? It isn't blown or anything...

I can assure him that the amp won't be clipping..
