Cant seem to get a response to any email ordered an Fi Q10 on the 1st of Oct and have gotten no emails or anything all i have is my paypal confirmation saying that i payed them can someone please help me out

Cant seem to get ahold of anyone from Fi placed the order on the 1st of this month and have not heard anything from them not even an email all i have is the paypal confirmation saying i sent them the money and thats it

Received the Q a few days ago and this thing is an absolute monster going to rework the enclosure to make room for one more will be emailing you on monday shawn for the next one. I finally install will be 2 Q10's fully loaded rockford T-2500 BDCP on those and Dynaudio Esostar 3 ways up front same in the rear two way version and those will run on aT-1000/4 rockford amp DC power 300 amp alternator and 3 XS power batteries to back it up. thanks again Shawn you guys produce one hell of a product very impressed . All in a 2009 Zo6 Corvette 710 RWHP will email you photos as soon as im done with it

Look this is some pucking bs you tell me woofer is done and it will ship out next day or two then a week later you tell me to email you and you will get back to me in a day or so now i cant get a pucking response from you at all WTF this is worse experience i have ever had with any company i have no clue how you stay in business there is post after post of complaints about you never sending there orders to them what is so pucking hard about keeping track of a pucking speaker Fix the pucking problem with my order or send me my pucking money i am done with this shit it has been over a month and thats not the big deal it the fact you told me it was done and still notting wtf is the problem.

No you did not take care of the problem you said it would ship in the next day or so and that was 8 days ago .

Look i know this is frustrating for you i work in a business where everything is right now so i can relate but please understand im not trying to be impatient i but when you claim that order is almost complete 1or 2 more days and it will ship out and its been over a week that i have a problem with i dont like being misled that is what make most very impatient also makes you look like you have no idea what is going on at your company. Having trouble with photos.

Im a fleet manager for an oil field company. I enjoy what i do i was in auto restoration for years before i changed jobs kind of miss the cars but the money is way to good to pass up !! The Q will be going in a 2009 Z06 the 2002 has a set of DD 9510s in it running of two Rockford Fosgate bd 2500s looking to change the subs in that car have had to many problems with them been through 4 sets in 3 years ill figure out how too get come pics up of both cars soon. On a different note i received an email from Shawn ( very nice guy) and the Q is almost out of production will have it in as soon as possible thanks for all the help .

I believe that is the problem here. He didn't receive an email receipt or any notification from Fi that they have actually received the order. He's tried emailing them to confirm they have the order but hasn't gotten a response. I'm presuming he's mostly likely concerned there was some type of system glitch where he paid for an order that didn't go through on their end....which is a more than reasonable concern. Thank you finally someone understands the issue I'm having with the whole situation basically sent 366.00 and have not been provided anything in return as of yet just want a pucking email dam is it that hard. I completely understand all of that and its all good just like to know where my money went and i know the woofer is worth the wait and all that so i will wait to hear from them .
