You can't keep teasing us about the new Mag, just find one that works already
-
Gonna get any 12" protos in for testing?
-
Sounds very good. Is the new 12" BM going to have the same basket and characteristics as the new 10" driver? Also, how long until these go into production?
-
Just a quick question, how are the T/S parameters on this new beast going to compare to the old BMs? Not a big deal for me now, but I might use one for a home sub next summer.
-
I hate you Nick, lol, you made me order a second one because of this! Actually I was going to do that, but next summer, but you forced my hand, not that I mind, lol.
-
That thing is sick!
-
I don't need 2 of them but damn do I want another, but I shouldn't, lol.
-
Not even fair, lol.
-
Any chance that we may get to see any videos or pictures of that latest proto you toasted? Anyway, I think I am officially addicted to SI subs. My BM is amazing, I may just have to replace it with the new Mag next summer, lol.

Where are the Pics?? Also, do you have any information on pricing yet or possible prerelease discounts or group buys?

I've sent him 3 or 4 emails over the past 2.5 weeks and haven't gotten a single reply, its actually getting slightly frustrating as I have a problem I need taken care of.
-
Ok, I will try again.

I am getting a weird noise from my 12" BM, it sounds like the coil is rubbing or that its bottoming out. It is not on big time bass songs, only on like rock when a kick drum hits hard. I have it in a box I built to try and get it to 2cu ft and 34hz. I am using a Sundown Audio SAE-1000D to power it and have each voice coil hooked up to its own output on the amp. Any help is appreciated.
-
I will say that the only time that you ever hear the noise is when you are right by the driver, you can't hear it while driving, but I just want to have a correctly working driver and make sure I won't damage it.

Whym, is Low-Hz not trustworthy? Also, if I am within spech what could be causing this problem?
-
Well, thats the amp that was recommended by Ben at Low-Hz. Also, its running at 2 ohms so it is only getting 600 watts according to the manual.
