They have a smaller one as well 2.5 Hp I believe. I have found the Jasper jigs aren't perfect. They work for most people but can be off by 1/16-1/32 of an inch.

I get all my filtration stuff from. filtersfast.com I use it for my wine

I have a 4 stage filtration system that would remove particulates and cloudiness. It uses a 110v pump (you could use a pump sprayer). It passed thru a 50 micron strainer, a 5 micron filter, a 1 micron filter, and finally a .5 micron filter. Minus the pump I have about 100 bucks in it.

That is not how how SD is calculated. ALL formulas for loudspeakers are formulated using Thiele and Small's work. Their definition of effective piston area is radius (1/2 of driver diameter surround apex to surround apex) squared times PI. And VD is effective piston area times xmax. Xmax is NOT @ 70% BL as most manufactures list. The definition for xmax used in formulas is coil overhang.

okay cool! thank you. i'll look into the kits from lowes or home depot. also, are there any decent priced routers you would recommend? i just figured out the one i was looking at isnt compatible with the jasper jig Spend the extra money and get a 3/4 horse porta cable. Night and day difference than big box level routers. It'll last your lifetime. You might have to change out the motor brushes every 10 years or so with daily use but they are only a few bucks

I'm sure he would if you really wanted them back. But what's the cost of samples compared to getting free testing done by one of the top figures in the industry.

For the Icon, we wanted to bump up the motor strength with the new model, we could add a shorting ring down the road after sometime and modeling/testing etc. with an updated version. But it will only add more machining time and more cost to an already VERY costly to build driver in it's respective market segment, for factional gains in lowered inductance that customers have not shown any signs of wanting yet. The Evil plays so flat and clean as it stands, it does not need it. Side note, the Evil needs less juice to get up and rolling from the start then the Zcon. It is unfortunate that sound quality is an after thought for most buyers. Which I am sure is why the market is more biased towards spl.I would love to see Klippel results for all SSA drivers That would answer a few questions some folks have like myself. Just because the market does not demand the SQ I prefer, that does not mean in the slightest we over look it or ignore it in our sub woofers. In general, SQ biased sub woofers, usually need greater development time, higher levels of accuracy in construction due to it that part of the market being so spec driven, tighter tolerances, etc. etc. etc. All leading to much higher build costs. With that said, the internet market is blindly ruled by RMS ratting relative to price. Hence why our original Gcon approach was shelved due to the pricing having to be up in the Icon range. We do have Klippel test results from the original Icon, but that machine is no longer in unbiased hands. Would much rather have Sean (///M5) with access to superior testing equipment be sent some models for test results, but then again, that would cost a good chunk of money we do not have to spend.Vance Dickason will do unbiased testing for free and publish the info in Voice Coil. All he asks for is two samples for comprehensive testing.

I don't know either I got a 1.6 liter on a 383 and you can barely hear it. You can hear the belt a little but nothing like a novi

Besides dental cleaning twice a year is covered by my health insurance. Along with any damage not caused by lack of hygiene.
-
It's cheaper for me to have a higher deductible. My insurance taken out after taxes therefor I can claim it on my taxes.
-
The specs will change depending on the environment it's tested in. However it won't be enough to make a difference for the enclosure.

All four of mine were fully grown non compacted. I paid something like 350 for each tooth plus 550 for general anesthesia.

They told me the same thing. Everything looked perfect on their 3D X-rays. But you could clearly see inflammation in my jaws. I delt with the pain for several years. I never had any tooth pain just pain in my jaws which was bad enough to induce migraines. I've only had 3 or three migraines since I had them pulled. I used to get them every other day.
-
Had mine pulled a few months ago. Best 2k I ever spent.

That's the way I do it.

I'd cut it...it's not my car.

I was looking at the Euopean link you posted. I have about 3,000 miles on my Giant off road. I use it solely for mountain riding. Half of which is riding on snow plowed roads and trails. Beside typical yearly maintenance I have only went through a set if tires.
-
There are a few Giant Reign frames on eBay that are fairly cheap. If buying another frame I wouldn't stay with a rigid one.

If you plan on getting an alarm just get a viper remote start/alarm. (I know u have a standard) They have built in timers.
-
Id like to see more of this kinda stuff around here. Someone get this dude to put a build log over here.

It's just dual independant variable valve timing cams. here is Ford's V6
