If I needed a sub to fit in a moderately small enclosure with a low f3 with minimum passband ripple I'd get the SP4. IMO it's the best sub on the market that fits that criteria.

First off don't call it a 4th order bandpass It is a sealed rear chamber bandpass enclosure. The order is in regards to the frequency roll off. Normally anything over 3-5db ripple will cause unloading issues under musical conditions. 3. Your amp doesn't have high and low pass filters.

The designs are exactly the same. There is a reason why the area of the opening is the size it is. I highly doubt it's forth order. JL's boxes normally have a shallower rolloff. Without modeling I'd guess its more than likely closer to 2nd order.

Rice is about the worst thing you can eat. Especially white rice. It has almost no nutritional value.

It's not very complicated unless you have a medical condition. Eat less and move around more. And not less food but less calories. Simple math is all it takes. If you consume less calories than you use to support life functions then you lose weight.
