That's the deal with the 2nd amendment. It states that you have the right to bear arms against state and country. But doesn't go into detail about what is deemed legal or not.

CCA vs OFC is there really a big difference?
Quentin Jarrell replied to nigel's topic in Technical Info & How To's
No, there is no difference in properly sized wire. -
You don't need amps or speakers and might hurt yourself and others. Probably don't know how to properly calibrate them to the highest level of standards either so you shouldn't get them.Come on man, don't be so rude to people. You wouldn't want to be talked to like that would you? I am just saying what is he going to use it for and does it need to be a ar-15. Smaller calibers can do the same job.The at cones in many calibers. Even 22. AR is just the style "frame"
-
Nvm. I swore I saw that caliber listed. The only tactical grade weapons I own are made by McMillan. Im sure way above ur price point. And I don't have any Ar's as I don't have the need for a compact framed rifle. The Ar is designed for close quartered combat situations. So unless you want it bc it looks cool then it wouldn't be my cup of tea.

First question would be why a .223 over other rounds avaliable.

The 50 is a pain in the ass to reload a clip. Normally we just slide a round in at the bolt. You don't want no more than about 5 rounds anyway. I'm not a target shooter and don't really hunt as much as I used to. I do collect a lot though. I've got two purdey's and a few other antique American darengers and such In all I've got around 160 rifles and pistols. 95% of them I haven't spent a round through.

Also use a lever action browning 30-06 now and then but I prefer the 243. 270 short mag is a good gun for 200-300 u'd range. I've found that anything under 200 and the bullet is too quick. Deer like to run. If I ever get a big gun itch I go to my dads. He's got a McMillan 50 cal.

My last elk (few years ago) was about 480 yards. For whitetail under 200 yards I use youth model browning 243 medallion.

The 300 magnum is my favorite larger rifle round. I use a McMillan Dynasty for long range mule deer and elk.

If you are just adding a sub you won't need any processing. The most cost efficient method would be to use a PAC SNI-15. Before you do anything I would verify factory filtering. All you need to do this is a few test tones and a DMM. If he is not looking to add a ton of output a single 10 or 12 fiberglassed into the fender area would save the most space. Or he could just opt for a nice sealed enclosure that could be removed if he needed the whole trunk. -

Like any parameters. "Recommended or optimal" air space is worthless without explaining why or for what reason or application it is optimal for.

Mmmmmmmm...............resin fumes.
-
As you said, I wouldn't waste my time on it but... Resin will adhear to the carpet but wouldn't accept mat correctly. So...the easiest way would be to remove the carpet undernieth. Now, resin will not bind to plastic. So what you would want to do is use the panel as a mold. Wrap the entire bottom with blue painters tape then apply mat/cloth and resin to build up a laminant. Once this is complete use corvette body panel adhesive to permanently adhere the laminant to the panel.

I don't know what an 8th gen civic is. Need to know how much output is desired. Need to know budget. Doesn't matter whatsoever if their is a limit on the factory sub. The aftermarket amp will have a gain and you will adjust accordingly. Need to know the set skill of the installer. This is going to be the biggest deciding factor. -
I'd fix what's broke first.
