Ethos dual 12 enclosure 39w x 16h x 19.75d

If the port is put in the center it will eat up too much volume. The box would need to be a tad bigger. -
DSS Tridents and Twisted Sounds S-10. Road to 166dBs

I can't remember the name maybe you can google for it. It is a hydrocarbon that begins with a T. They use it in out lab. I have used it to clean roofing tar off my hands. -
WINisd modeling of final 3?
Quentin Jarrell replied to twelvemeter's topic in SPL & SQ / Fabrication
with the same power on all set ups its probably pretty accurate. One 18 has roughly the same sd as 3 12's and they all have about the same xmax. -
The Sub is based on two definitions of the word. First, the Meaning of the word is character, and is used to express how music affects the soul. The second is Aristotle's usage in his means of persuasion.

Large signal parameters will extrapolated once the production run comes in. -
Go on Zatarains.com and order a pack of their crab boil. The powder not the liquid. It has everything including salt. The crab will absorb flavor as it cools. So the soak time will determine flavor.

shallows are in the line up, just don't have samples on them yet. As of right now this is what my year is looking like. 1. Magnetar to be available in beta version (open tooled parts) within 5 to 6 months. 2. In a few weeks Enrique Stiles will begin working on engineering soft parts that will allow ~60mm one way usable throw. These parts are to be available for this fall. 3. Once soft part engineering is complete a NEO MMAG driver will be developed by Enrique using a 3.5 inch coil with edge wound windings inside and outside the coil former. (Think super high efficiency like in Pro Audio). The goal of this driver is to be the highest displacement 15 inch subwoofer ever developed, by a long shot. we are hoping to have this available for this fall under $1,000 MAP. The sub should weigh in the neighborhood of 25-30 pounds. 4. By then I should have the Primo production ready for sale and have the prototypes for the shallow mounts complete. 5. Once the prototypes are complete and nothing needs to be tooled then they will be put into production. 6. After that we will look into less expensive drivers under the $200 range. What I s the neo mmag sub going to be similar too? Like the magnetar or ethos or what? The Neo MMAG will look similar to the critical mass UL driver. The pole consists of the magnet and top plates and the exterior of the motor acts like the pole. We could go with ferrite but it would weight around 70 pounds and not be Too much cheaper to manufacture. Unlike the other ways Neo is used the way it is used in MMAG is very efficient and much less is needed. If I can find a source here in the states that can produce an auto claved cone body and cap I will go that route. If not I'll use a hybrid paper cone body. The cheap carbon fiber stuff from china isn't auto claved and is not structurally sound. -
So do I on my own property. It doesn't mean it's more or less healthy especially if it's a smaller farm that outsources their feed. If it's in pellet form it's been made from spoiled or sample grade grain. It's not profitable to make it from anything else. Even if they have been fed sillage the mycotoxin content is gonna be high. The commodities industry is a business even if it's farmer joe raising a few heffers and steers. Just like everything else in the US people aren't willing to pay premiums so something somewhere in the chain is going to be "unhealthy".

Doesn't matter what or where you buy it. At some point in the chain it has been given GMO some type of artificial fertilizer. If it's grain fed it has been given a fish based emulsifier to limit food intake. It's it 100 percent organic you can bet the organic fertilizer that was used was covered in salmonella or ecoli. And if it's been purchased in a store it's been through several heat and cooling cycles before it hits your shopping cart.

This sample will have holes drilled into the basket but it will not be needed in the production run due to the cooling built into the motor. -

looks like an 18 basket might fit -
What are you looking to add by a head unit in the dash? Are you just trying to make it easier to install speakers?

A SIDE NOTE The Magnetar will also be ordered and will not be affected by the purchasing of these drivers. There will however only be 50 drivers purchased initially for the Magnetar. -
When both coils are wired up.. doubt it Quentin stated before if he were to rate these thermally it would be closer to 2500wrms per sub so a ~7k on 5k worth of subs is fine. And like Jon said, can't beat the price to performance! The drivers need 1800 watts to reach xmax in their recommended enclosures. The recommended power ratings I give are what are needed to be operate the sub. I'll never give a max "safe" power level. That's kinda like a car manufacturer saying its ok to run your car right below redline all the time.

PM or email me your info. I don't like to collect funds without an invoice as it contains your warranty info on it. Right now lead time is hovering around 15 business days. My last two orders went out in 17 business days. -

There are convection cooling methods that work well also. Some that have shown a decrease in compression of over 2 db. And aren't crazy expensive to implement -
If you are not keen on cutting a huge hole then a bandpass enclosure would be a good route.

Go to Home Depot and get a few cardboard boxes they are only a buck fifty. I promise you it's a tight fit through the door jams. 3 15s will fit at the window line. I've personally done 3 ethos 15s at the window line in a '10 model.
