Any company mass market custom fiberglass door panels?
Quentin Jarrell replied to shizzzon's topic in SPL & SQ / Fabrication
If someone out there already has the molds. $300-$500 would be a doable price. But going by scratch it just takes too much time. -

Depending on what you want done and where you are located. I normally charge $1000 per door if the door is to be wrapped and speakers flushed with customs grills. If it is to be painted I wouldn't even consider any less than 1800 per door. It is a real pita getting glass to stick to plastic without paint cracking down the road. -

upcoming install in a 2008 Tahoe
Quentin Jarrell replied to Quentin Jarrell's topic in Test 1, 2, 3...
x2 is still never got whats the point in that .. mayber for car shows but daily is just stupid for car shows. throw a pair or to under so you can hear you music while you wash your car. if you are chilling at the beach, lake, river, or what ever. But most people do it just to be loud. In the morning time before Nopi Kicked off you could hear my demo car from the parking lot at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. -

Here's a pic of my "Sub-Marine" enclosures. These house Bazooka's marines. I still have to get a buck made so I can vaccum for the enclosures for the Kickers. -

DAM will this work?

Don't forget I will be carring Sundown as soon as I get the paper work back to Jacob.
-
I am sure he will chime in. All I have is his real name from his e-mail. I'd rather not use that.

After my father gets out of the hospital and after this sale when eveything slows down. I will get Mark or one of my clients who is in internet trafficing to get one up. My girlfriend has been going through literaly thousands of photos from instals I have done over the last seven years to figure out which ones will go inthe site. It's going to take some time but I'll get one up and running.

a '99 peterbuilt with some marines
Quentin Jarrell replied to Quentin Jarrell's topic in Test 1, 2, 3...
the whole marine thing went wayyy over my head.. This is what we are talking about. Most people don't know it but Mobile one auto sound in New orleans and Bazooka did the first vehicle with marines for Master P around 1999-2000. In 2002 I put some under my Mustang and did a few for some Saints players. Then after a while I was doing 2 to 3 hundred pairs a month. I didn't come up with the idea but I did start the craze. -
It took a little longer than planned but it is finally finished and packed for shipping. The color is off in the photo but it is the same as the shale found in GM vehicles.

I know they haul a lot of gravel and limestone to concrete plants. My cousin drives for them and he hauls like 10 loads a day and each load they profit like $400. And they have about 20 or 25 trucks that haul like this every day. Plus they run a night shift too. I do know they spend $50,000 a week in desil. So they must be making some serious money. -
Damn, you do check this every ten minutes. LOL. I sent you an e-mail too.

Indeed. It is looking great Quentin. I am fortunate to have joined SSA when I did. Thank you both very much. Same here. What a great offer we got. We'll be some of the first ones on this forum to actually see and hear Audibel Custom's (Quentin's) Enclosures. Can't wait... I'll have a sneak peek of you enclosure tomorrow
-
Right now I just have a few imperfections to fix in the paint and wrap it and she'll be ready for shipment.

First off I would like to thank mark for allowing me to have my own section here on SSA. Hopefully with my experience in the industry and my competitive rates members in this forum will be a ble to afford and enjoy car audio a little bit more. Bear with me for the next few days until I able to post all of the product I offer along with my rates. Thank's Quentin
