I feel bad for only giving it 600 watts right now until I find my new amp. Hunting a PPI a1200 or PC2350 badly for it. But damn does it still sound incredible with just 600.

I read somewhere that they will be back up and running in late October? that would be sweet. I sure hope they get back into it, such a great company/product/service etc. They are a no B.S. company I like to say, you get what they tell you you get, a damn fine product with unbelievable quality. I also hope they don't abandon the SI 8 idea. sure could use some.

OK, so I no longer feel bad for my Mag, I know feel sorry for my right tweeter. I went and added some polyfil to my box today and was testing it out. Well I think I got a little carried away and may have blown my tweeter. It started to cut in and out and kinda crackle/scratchy noise. I turned it down immediatly and then turned off the sub to listen to it alone. at low levels (14/15 out of 35) it seems ok. but as soon as I turn it up to 18+ it starts to crackle and cut out again. So I am assuming I poped/blew the tweeter. am I right in thinking this or could something be going wrong with my crossover or amp??? I probably got careless and no am going to pay for it. but I have had it that loud before (I had it up to 26 out of 35).

see all this talk of feeding the Mag alot of power is making me jealous. and why not the Orion, I wanna stick to PPI art or powerclass amps. I have many Powerclass amps and love them and a couple art series. So I know what to expect from them and they are great amps.

bwahahahaha.... yeah, but I really wanna get an amp that will power this haus to see what everyone else brags about, I know mine right now is extremely impressive, but people are giving them 1200+ with no prob, so I wann know what its all about.

yeah, I was just over there checking out the koda's. I really want the Koda8's. But I am not sure if it will fit in my door. I will have to check it out tomorrow to see what I can do and how much room I have to work with. Those 8's look nice. If not I wonder how powerful a midbass the koda6 would do.

other subs? watcha getting??? The Koda's are Adire correct?? they do a good job for the mid bass duty??

I have the next two days off, I might have to get all the ideas rolling and in gear. I need a nice strong midbass driver. I was waiting on the SI 8" but then the unfortunate happened to Nick. So I might just look around for one. got any suggestions??? you ready to sell that a1200 yet??? jk, but do let me know if you decide to.

I need to build me a new Box for my Mag 15 (sorry for your loss Nick hope everything is replacable). What size should I go with ?? It is in a 2.0cuft sealed box now and I think that is a little to small for it.

Holy chit, that is horrible. I sure hope (not knowind any details) that there are some leads and something able to be done about this other than a police report and Ins check. Make those damn cops do some work. I can't believe this happened to such a nice person (as that seems to always be the case) But I too am totaly behind Nick and SI. Please let us know as soon as any more info becomes available. I feel bad for Nick I know how much all his work meant to him.

anyone live around Nashville TN. I can let you check out the Hex/Magnum combo. I have a set of Hex components and a Mag 15. only have 600 watts on the Mag right now, and 150 to each channel of Hex's. by the way: I just found my newest favorite cd to listen to in my car. It is the new Widespread Panic accoustic cd. and the sound quality is awesome and the Hex/Mag combo just sounds outstanding with this disc cranked. (I don't listen to rap much at all, mainly jambands).

I have some Diamond Audio Hex comps and love them. though I do say I bought them before I heard about the 307/327s. If I were to buy some, after loving the quality of my Mag. I would go with the SI comps. in fact I am considering getting some 327s.

you need Black right??? it is white and no I am not selling it. I have been debating for a while on selling my PC250s, but I just can't bring myself to it. especially since my new idea is to put each one on a SI 8" for midbass. a nice clean 100 watts each should do me nicely.

A/D/S/T ????? anyone know what the ratings are on a PPI a100 and a PPI a204??? there is one of each on ebay and the seller says the a100 is 800watts, and the a204 is 1200 watts. That does not seem right to me. I know most of the PPI art ratings but not these two.

I love collecting PPI art and PC series amps. In my car now: 2 - PPI PC2150s In my closet: 2 - PPI PC250s PPI PC2100 PPI PC450 PPI a404 hopefully soon to be: a1200 and/or PC2350

any update on these drivers??? will they be dual voice coil?

from what I have read, many people are safely running a 1500bd to a 15 Mag. You will not hurt anything by running it at 1 ohm. Just play smart with the gains and volume levels. Other than that you should be fine, except for some hearing problems down the road. My 15 Mag is dying for more power as well. I am just trying to get some cash together and find a PPI PC2350. I have found one but it came at a bad time. Just had to shell out a lot of cash for an emergancy flight/trip to TX. So it will have to wait a couple of weeks. But I can't fudgein wait till I get one. then that mag will really be moving.

I picked up some Dynamat Extreme on ebay a couple moths ago (got the bulk kit for 117 shipped) this was my first time using any sound deadening product. So far I have done my trunk lid (inner skin, and outer) and front doors (inner skin and the outer) and still have 4 sheets left. Going to do the rest of my trunk this next week. I am very pleased with how it made my components come alive and much cleaner. The mid range is crisper and stronger. The bass is more distinct throughout the entire system. My trunk does not rattle AT ALL!!! Sound deadening is worth it, as far as brand goes I don't have any experiance with any others to add more input. I have read that Second Skin is real good too.
