No, this is what you do... Cut the end off of the power and ground wire. Now, slit the jacket back again and do NOT twist the wire! Hold the wire together once jacket is removed, start to insert it into the terminal and then start turning the wire clockwise while inserting. Make sure it's all the way in and i dont care if there are several strands out right now.. PS- have fuse removed when doing this Now, secure wire down with terminal screw. Next, take a knife and cut all loose strands off. Now do this exact same thing with the ground wire. Once the ground wire's loose strands are cut, get a zip tie and tie the cables together approximately 2" from the terminal. Make sure it's tight!

well.. i actually did what tirefryr said and just upgraded pads.. It did help for a while.. but after a year, it's been eatin thru the rotor quicker or it's just the rotor's time to go.. It's stock rotor on there since AUG 06. So i gotta replace rotor now anyways. And my rotors are also warped too due to travel to shows when there is snow and ice on the ground. below freezing and heaving breaking and long driving will do it.. So, at the very least, i'd say pads. Next, multi piston calipers but if u are gonna upgrade your rotor, u gonna have to get the same size rotor pretty much or else it's gonna be close call on the kit fitting inside the wheel. You could upgrade to just slotted, stock Dia rotor, upgraded calipers and pads.

i'll be goin with big brake kit on my car but drilled rotors are not ideal for daily driving.. eats up your pads quicker. Slotted is plenty. I'm increasing my rotor di by 2" and goin from single to quad piston caliper and still using Hawk pads and using stainless steel lines. this kit is $1100. Wish it was cheaper but gotta get it when adding half a ton of weight to a car whose stock brakes on stock weight sucked anyway.

Renting is the wrong word to use here. User purchases product up front then is reimbursed later, if contract is met properly, a signed amount. These meters, after being used, are sold as used meters and re-used as loaner meters. Users who opt in to try these meters out and then later on down the road decide to purchase one in full get a discount on a new meter since they have already spent money using one before.

Well, i'm going to say this just to make it clear and easy- Yes, we did give him a hard time based on what he liked doing. MANY OTHER forums' members also gave him a hard time as well. His Obituary states he had long time Chronic Depression problem. Now, we do not know what type of problems members have anywhere as we treat everyone equally. Now, i know we wish he hadn't done what he had done and i'm sure members' actions had little do to with it based on his family problems.... But, to make a point- Words do hurt and his last posts on one forum was a redundant post several times in multiple threads due to someone pissing him off. As in .. Bullying over the internet. With as childish it may sound, if you have mental condition(s), that's all it takes. So for the sake of what we know now, in respect of his past, let's try to remember this to prevent any future potentialpossible negative feelings to those sensitive members out there. I'm all for having fun with my funny comments and such but I do not want to see anyone take it literal or personal and i'm sure others do not either. He will be missed as anyone would be who we once knew.

Birch is less dense, but it's MoE is more than DOUBLE that of MDF. Stiffness is what you would want if competing. Personally, if you are after a normal daily driver, nothing outrageously loud, MDF all the way. And just FYI OP, baltic birch is not $10 more than MDF, it's much more than that if buying by the sheet. The only real Russian Baltic Birch comes in 1116" thick, 60" x 60" squares. Per sheet goes for around $50-79 depending on location. Baltic Birch should be an envious wood for those who compete.. I tried doing a group buy for this type of wood but nobody would comply I can get Russian BB but must be bought in bulk of ~30 sheets at a time. Cost is good only for local pickup.. but pricing has probably gone up since then but like anything, always cheaper to buy in bulk.
