XP compared to what other line? I know the XP line has temp monitoring which will back off current output to protect the alternator from burning up... And i believe it has a dual rectifier in it? A dual rectifier or twice the required diodes inside to allow the rectifier to last longer under abuse.

Is there any demand for air suspension parts?
shizzzon replied to Quentin Jarrell's topic in Test 1, 2, 3...
just helper bags. I wish i could use air struts (keep in mind i'm at lost as u are on air suspension) as i've heard in the past air bags don't physically last too long.. But.. in my opinion, i just want the best durable package out there and this is the only thing i could find comparing them to the internet. I am adding ~1600lbs to the car from middle to rear. -

a local shop is going to be putting rear air bags on my car alone. Cost = ~$1,000 for both bags rated @5000lbs total rear capacity. Only air line needed is for gauges. It will be self aired, no management system. I don't know if your access to parts can cut this scenario of mine down on cost or not. it's for an 07 scion tc. -
damnit.. now mac n cheese is screwin up the ssa board's font layout.

oh i know.. if it was.. we'd have other issues to fix but right now.. just tryin to figure the amp out first.
-
i aint grabbin no stick, shlong, penis, cock, johnson, ding-a-ling, Captain Head, Mr Headmaster, Dr. 9 inches, etc... and i wouldnt know either.. You guys picked a location in louisville that's evident of potential stick inspections after 10pm. If you were come further south out of the downtown area, then you could choose who does these inspections

no, if it's reading over 9v then it's not the power or ground therefore the amp must be faulty since he's already checked- Speaker wire removal RCA removal --> waiting for OP to unplug remote gain controller And AQ amps are rated to handle voltages that low.
-
unhook the remote gain controller and turn amp back on. If it still doesn't come on right, put a dmm on the amp's pwr\grn terminal and see what voltage is being read. Anything 9v or higher means it's more than likely faulty

New Crescendo amps FTMFW!!!!!!!
shizzzon replied to edouble101's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
They had issues with the power on the 3500s so they are in the process of checking every amp now. As of yesterday some were sent out.. Navid said they all should go out at the latest Friday. BTW my tracking says the same as yours. I would hope they test every amp before it goes out regardless if they think a few might have problems. Testing before shipping should be mandatory, in my own opinion. Yes! I made mention of this before in an email direct to Navid stating that all amps better be getting tested prior to shipping to customers because some people were randomly getting BCxxxx amps way before the mass public was receiving them. That was a pure indication that they were not tested from CA themself... This is one reason why i refused to get in on the preorder because i noticed that this was happening and i wanted mine to come in all nice and smooth and not rush out the door the second it gets delivered to them. -
what are those? virgin titties? How he go from yellow to pink, lol

New Crescendo amps FTMFW!!!!!!!
shizzzon replied to edouble101's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
i'm still waiting for mine to reach the USA... I had mine air freighted over cuz i didn't want to be in the first batch of orders... hehe, good call. -
apparently it did because as soon as he changed his font size in his sig, all posts proceeding his were fixed. Not every browser works the same way either. This is why there is a verification engine online that checks erroneous code in websites for best compatibility.

yea but your car is different.. Check and see if the OP's car is fully computer controlled. Phi's car typically idles and at low rpms around 13.0v
-
um.. check the amp and see what lights are lit up on it. If you have a GREEN light on for power, and you are getting that constant red light for clipping.. i'd say one of 2 things are going on- 1- you wired your sub out of phase which can damage both sub and amp very soon! 2- there is a problem with the input signal stage on the amp. Whether this be with the amp or the rcas Or THREE- you got the amp set to slave rather than master, check that switch!

Forum flaw.. djjdnap's fault, lol.. but not intended

hey now.. shhh. Ever since i upgraded to Win7, IE actually works without a hitch, lol But i know what u mean.. I got tired of using Firefox because mandatory plugins like flash\java, etc sometimes don't work with Firefox for quite a while when a new version is released.... IE is the most typical browser so the necessity to keep up to date with plugins is ALWAYS focused towards IE first. When you are running stout security like i am, there is no worries of infections and there is no worries of incompatible surfing either. -

I don't have any direct info to back what i'm bout to say up but i've heard many bad comments directed toward CDT because their engineering of the products they sell is crap and comes into question if they even know how to help people reach any goal properly... This may also go along the lines of how overpriced they are too but i dont know.
