ok gear went in today....progress so far,this is just the beggining of the install so the #s are still a little low. first burp freq 63 149.3 recharged battery second burp same freq 149.8 tore boxes out added a third aero port did a bunch of burps 150.3-150.5 lol,,then relized my freq changed dropped my freq to 60 last burp(well maybe a few last ones) 151.7 tommorow ill be sealing up the car and getting on the phone to order a couple more amps hopefully ill start seeing better results

errrrrr i was going to call you tonite,i have about a half dozen boxes diffrent sizes i used in the focus and the jeep(andre tanks from show) see if you had a use for any of them before they make there way to the dumpster none of them are any good for sq,,but they all get loud as sh!t

build it for spl and i might bite,have a couple more cars id be willing to try it in

as a daily itll be loud,,if your going to compete id consider a diffrent size sub for that car,i was using a 15 BL in that same box and couldnt get over 144.2(using 29x29x14 same aero)and i was throwing 5k at it,,with 12s(and diffrent enclosures) and a bit more juice were scratching 151,hopefully with the new equipment we ordered and more testing well be closer to mid 50s

havent blown it yet but im doubling the power and increasing the enclosure lol and not sure how a BL is going to like it,,,so i need some back ups,its holding up to 3k for burps kinda getting worried at 5k+

do i need to send the driver back to vegas or can i order recones and do it myself?

Props to FI,as i said we are getting ready for a 3x dbdrag in Pa. so i slapped a box together to give me a starting point,lol,,and i didnt expect much out of it because we hadent tuned the encloser in yet as to my suprise it burped a 148.3 in the zx3...enough said i couldnt ask for a better starting point...i think if i can stabalize my voltage and build a few more boxes i should be able to run into the 50s.

hehehe yeah sorry figured that question would be coming Car Focus ZX3 head unit Kenwood Something or other (model not important) Sub amp Crossfire VR2000D using only one,,tommorow going to try and strap the other onto the driver box before port and driver displacment 5.36 cu ft standered slot port 75 sq x 13 driver up port up not much more to it,,,,like i said slapped it together to give me a starting point,,the cars tuning Fq is 49,50 hz so tommorow im going to try to tune the box to 53 ,,,if i dont see a change ill try keep trying,,,lol,,,or ill bust out the trusty old crx

What you running? 1 15" BL and a modded crossfire VR2000d's How is it modded? The BL likes 2k watts? lol,,,dont know how much the BL likes the 2800 im burping to it but shes holding up fine protection was removed the resister for the power was removed and Renee at CF did his magic,,,much more then that youll have to contact him directly
