hello all i guess ill start with a list of the stuff thats going in to the car and on with the pics!! first build log so dont hassle me to bad:lol: charging system consists of : 320 mechman alt , 2 runs of 2/0, one run of 1/0 scosche ofc, dual front and rear frame grounds, xs power d3100, spp2250 amp is an opti drive 7k subs are fi reconed zcons on to PIKKS the alt old subs radio got some new drills the start of a stripper pole the amp the batteries need to clean up wires and on to the wall tool maker made this up for me

The second annual bassheads meet is going to go down on January 9th, 2013!! Cant miss out there will be live performances and special appearances.Who will be there? moves about a inch give or take on low notes wall is surprising low for being tuned so high we will see if it kills the lows just have to get more wood

First coat down wet sanding ahead of me and a couple more coats Little heater should help coat times

That's not good to hear lol the head liner is in the trash got messed up from the last build that I did would I be able to carpet and foam pad the wood and consider it headliner ?

the stripper pole is a inch and a half i believe ? might have to double check on that its welded with a plate that is attached to the center of the box and the floor with bolts and pl also the top is welded to a plate then fiber glassed to the roof and the pole also yes i plan on metering as soon as fi gets done with the recones theres a show at the speed way "import face off" this Sunday coming up so we will see how it does and as for the port the comp one is going to be 37 daily 31

thanks! first time acutally building something that is going to stay longer then a few weeks that is a addictive audio 500.1 i had a buddy drop it off for repair and i had just received mine of **** and all the inputs looked to be in the same spot same boards cheaper internals .. the new subs are going to be the same motors just reconed to 18s by fi thank go there local to me yeah they were on a a pair of bb2400.1 strapped at 1, a nendo 5500 at .25, a maxximus 10k 7 k clamped, and finally a pair of audio pipes minis clipped to hell burnt a tinsel lead.. lol heres a vid of when the 12s were in ---> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDYK8lqBR4o

XCON 10 And sunday. I no hasnt been so long ive post ppl getting there subs a week later. thats how i was when i ordered my zcons sucks for the wait but have been my fav subs so far, you have to wait around 21 business days to have them build and then it will be marked as shipped when they are ready to go out

no the most i have ever ran through a sub is around 300-400 watts for a pair of zcons 12s works for me like i said but may not be the proper way of doing things.. i seen a vid of ric @ pluse car audio breaking in a sub let me see if i can dig it up

ive herd and this is what i do with my subs i usually play a 20 hz tone on LOW volume and let them play for about a min then go to say 25 hz a min turn the volume up gradually but be careful not to go full tilt just to let thing working in a bit let power run through the coil then just wang on em they will break in
