I think that would be the best bet, as you even said you were looking to upgrade anyways. I would just say make sure that the foam isnt pulling on the surround if you can, like if it is stuck to the outer screw gasket and stuck to the surround, it might pull when it is playing. Hope you understand that post!!

Aaron i am glad you both were able to talk with him and give him some great advice, i know you both have tried to make CS a top priority at SSA, and it certainly has been noticed. SSA has a great business model, now you just need me to fill up my shop with them and sell the poop out of them!!!!! Or is that wishful thinking!!!

Glad it got worked out for you, but i am sorry it took as long as it did. It was unfortunate how it worked out for both parties, i am hopeful Kevin will be able to move forward after this and continue to advance his businesses. And no offense but why do you think you should have the money refunded and the amp still? I know there were alot of problems along the way to getting your money refunded, but that does not mean you deserve the amp? Again glad this had been worked out and now we can move forward.

Yes the age of a business person is not what matters, i was just answering the question. I am sure Mark will be able to talk to him and help resolve this situation. As a fellow business person i have looked to Mark for many situations and he has been able to guide me with some possible solutions that would help benefit everyone. I hope Kevin will follow suit and listen and take heed to Mark's words and MANY MANY MANY (I say MANY because he is old!!! I like to dig that in there!) years of wisdom!!

Yea sounds like possibly the leads are broken off on the inside where you cannot see them. I know i had over excurted my sub before and it didnt leave any burn marks, they just broke off from moving back and forth so much. (man that sounds so DIRTY!!!!)

Well I am very partial to Arizona, as i have lived here most of my life. Was born and raised till i left for the Military. Spent about 1 year in Texas for training and such, was in Wichita Falls. Was a decent area but i didnt like the winter, so i really dont have much to say about Texas bad or good really. Phoenix and the surrounding areas hold nearly 4.2million people. It is certainly a change for people if they have never been to or lived in a large city. I can drive for about 2 hours from my house on the far southeast side of town to the far northwest side and never leave the city, so it has alot of stuff around, but also with that it has crime, pollution, major traffic, and everything else associated with large cities. Arizona has one of the most diverse climates in the world, you can be in 75 weather in Phoenix, drive 3 hours north and be skiing. Or be on one of the tallest mountains then near the lowest elevations. Alot of lakes and forest in the state if you enjoy those. Some great camping areas also. I personally would not suggest Buckeye, but it depends on your budget and where you would like to live really. I am not sure how long of a commute you would like to have. As for the foreclousres that just means you will be able to pick up a steal of a home when you get here, and if you have enough money left over, pick up a second one and rent it out for cash flow!! Hit me up if you look to move here i am a Real Estate investor in the area and would like to help you find a great deal. The major downside for me, is that in the dead of summer it will be 110-120 and that is just horrible and miserable!! But it only last for a few months and then it is mid 80's again!! Best of luck to either way, and i am serious if you look in AZ hit me up!! Plus the audio game in AZ if FAR better then TX!!! Lets see what kind of bashing and hating that just drew up!!

I know when i had a claim filed they sent it back to the UPS store i shipped it from. Then from there they would either give it back to me if denied (it was!! And such BS BTW!!) Or the store would keep it if accepted. So i dont know maybe it is the same situation here? I hope it can all get resolved quickly and we can move past this VERY VERY unfortunate situation for all parties involved.
