I took it over to my cousins house to test it out. he has 2 10" clif dez subs in a 4 cu ft box tuned to about 35 hz with a 2 chan 1000w sony amp\w only 1 level setting being the "gain" no bass boost, no low pass frew ...gain only. I have 2 fi 15's in 7.5 cu ft box tuned to 33 hz with a hifonics 1500w amp\w every option know to man. If i would have know our setup's were hitting the same DB i would have went cheap!!!! <-- joke :-P Both systems maxed this thing out at 130 ...i know i am hitting over 130 ...and i dround out his system when i turn mine up so i know he is no where near!!!

i can't imagine how to attach a router to a tape measure. and i also need to cut holes for tweeters and mids. not just subs. This is not for a router, This works with a jigsaw. This will also work for tweeters ...just make another hole for the pen/marker, or try another method. Like I said this is my method I use

I to have a home made on ...its a tape measure with 3 holes in it 1 hole at the 1 inch mark 1 hole at the 8 inch mark (for 15 inch subs) 1 hole at the 6 1/2 inch mark (for 12 inch subs) Put a nail in the hole at the 1 inch mark, pull out tape to what hole u want to cut, place sharpie in that hole and spin around!! works perfect.

yea around here in ohio its all about MTX or Sony xpload. I was having a problem with my amp cutting off because of these cheap ass lanzar subs i had were messed up or something ...couldnt run them at 1 ohm but i can run 1 ohm on everything else i have ever had on this amp. Anyways Im at bestbuy looking at the $150 price tag on some kenwood subs and some guy comes up and is like "can i help you find anything" Im just like nah im looking around ...as he turns to walk away i say "well i do have a question" asked him what he think the problem may be with my amp cutting off when getting a 1 ohm load. The first thing he says is "what kind of amp is it?" i tell him Hifonics 1500D and he just walks me over to the amps and shows me some MTX amps, kenwood amps. Then he tells me "yea man that amp is trash ...you need to go with one of these kenwood or mtx amps. that would fix the problem for sure!" so im all asking him about 1 ohm loads and wiring dual batts ...just bs'ing him around he tells me to wait here and he'll get a tech to answer any of my questions. as he walks away so do i. I thought it was funny as HELL!!!
