Could the "shuddering" be it misfiring?

was grounded at the strut tower with other amp,moved ground to rear deck. Both have been sanded down to bare metal,same issue with both locations.Why not Ground to the frame

Try to add fluid yet?

You would need over 20 inches of port length if you use a 3 inch port and want it tuned low
