No they usually just make enclosure to be able to fit in any trunk. Usually to small. To low of port area and tuned way to high -

Usually manufactur enclosures sound like crap. . And usually people have the lpf between 50-80. What made you get the sub? Did you find a deal or something -
Iv used them when bolting a ring terminal to frame. Im sure its good if the ring terminal is making the good connection

Thats what out of phase is. One speaker is hooked up the opposite of the other -

Probably wouldnt be to bad . Not sure if I would do it if I didnt have to though. . Shit when I had my zcon 12s they where in almost that much space each .they were crazy at a little over 3 cubes each. . Had my 15 in around 4.5 -

You can do flush mount with just 2 baffles. Dont have to have 2 baffles under the flush mount piece . . I would do as big as you can fit forreal . My experience with zcons is they really like big enclosures. . What amp will you be running to it? -

Yea Its not hard . I would look up videos on how to remove your door panels first If you havnt done It befor though. Just to see where any screws or clips are located -

I really dont think you will have a problem. Maybe in a few months take your door panel off and check out the wood and see what it looks like. . Iv used wood untreated for long periods of time befor with no issue. just depends how much water gets into your door
