It falls on the dealer getting you your money back. On another note, I won the dream contest they threw a while back. I was originally told mid to late November for the new wardens to be in. I changed my request to DP's though. Last I was I told, there is no ETA on them. -

No audio updates still Finally got the old sway bar links off. I burned up all my dremle tool cutting wheels and had to resort to a hack saw... It was a nightmare. Cap and rotor didn't look too bad

Seriously? They're very over rated, and I've seen first them fail, epically. I'm talking swelling to where you can see the individual cells, the sides going out over an inch. That being said, I'm not sure what happened with the amp deal, but if you need help finding batts, I can help point you in the right direction, you have my number.
