Then build panels around it to hide the empty part behind the box. That's what I would do. The box I designed I think would perform much better than this one.

I think I've seen that too. They fired up with port back? They might of not been optimal though. He could of squeezed them in there when 2 could have been better. Just saying it could be that way. That's why I asked for the max dimensions.

Ok well 30 to 40 depth is a big difference in size lol if I were you I'd go get some cheap ply wood or something that you can use to make a box mock up of what it'll really look like. You don't need to make a complete box just depth width and height with out the sides. This way you can find the max dimensions that will fit.

And those dimensions will fit into the trunk opening?

If you post your max dimensions I can see if it'll work. There might be someone who's done it but might not be optimal.

If its something you really want then save up until you can afford I think I saw a thread where you said you wanted an icon or Xcon but wanted the Zcon. I'm in no rush to sell it so if you save up I'm sure ill have it still.

Go to the store it says everything you need to know when you are in the section for xcon recones. Proceed to the checkout and it'll tell you shipping. Not to sure how long it would take if you ship the motors in but there's tons of videos that show how to recone a sub. It'll save you quite a bit of money.

Are you talking about a FI X or the sundown X? If its the sundown then I would get the icon. Sundown told me the X would be better in a ported box and it is not really designed for sealed boxes.

One coil is not blown it must of been shifted when shipped. The coil is not black and when you do the recone please hold up the new one and this and you will see they are the same color. That's exactly what I heard ^^^ so my stepdad knows a dealer and I am ordering the Windham Weaponry MPC 5.56 from a website and then having it sent the dealer. It's going to be Around 150 cheaper than cabelas. I'm so excited!!

I'm sure you can push it back move your amps and hand screw the bottom two mounts. The proof is in the pudding.. I can send you a video of the box all the way back against the metal and it being only be a few inches from the back of the car. Like I said I am done doing this over SSA.
