  2. Ahhh I see. It should be fine. Fair warning I wouldn't go higher then volume 50 on the 800PRS, I believe my 880PRS started clipping at 51 last time I had it on a scope.

    Welcome to the IHoP

It is an ABC(aperiodic bi-chamber) box, you may not be able to see it well but there is a chamber between the port on the back wall and the port on the left side.

Using your dimensions before you have enough room for 2 12's or a single 15, almost 2 15's but you'd be scraping the minimum requirements. I would get the SAZ over the AQ, you should be fine with minimal electrical upgrades ie Big 3.

    Thinking of getting some Q's

Decide what you are going with and someone could design you a box.
  9. If you got all the options there shouldn't be any problem with using that amp on it setting it with a scope. Edit: What head unit do you have getting 7.3Vs and how exactly are you setting the gains?

RF T212 Common Chamber Flared Port

Just curious, how long does it take you to build an enclosure like this? I'm just astounded by the amount of detail you put into your work.

  18. This makes me think, you need to calculate how much space you have first then make a decision.

    Welcome to the IHoP

I hate talking on the phone. good luck son! im sort of torn, if i get the HD turner, im still going to have chitty reception sort-of cuz nissans use a diversity antenna. when you put an aftermarket HU in the car, you choose one of the 2 antennas in the car and the reception tends to get really bad when you go aftermarket in nissans. I probably won't call them, but from what I see in the manuals. The 20HD has a feature that works with the newer units and an Ipod to tag songs. Something I would never use with the 880. That sucks with your antennas. Something to keep in mind if the HD radio is anything like the digital tv broadcast, it is you either get reception or you don't there won't be static. You may just drop the signal, get no sound, then pick it back up.

    Welcome to the IHoP

http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Pro...udio+Components GEX-P10HD GEX-P20HD thanks but Compatible with the following Pioneer headunits: * FH-P800BT, FH-P8000BT, DEH-P700BT, DEH-P7000BT might have to cough up some dough eventually and upgrade to the 800 if i get this co-op its a go! The 800PRS is the same thing as the 880PRS except for the fancy copper chassis, same program/features as the 880. And if you read the manual for the HD units you can use them with the 880/800 just the controls will be different. Edit: Realized you might be talking about the 800BT but you can still use it with the 880PRS. alright might have to look into this some more then thanks Just emailed Pioneer asking the difference between the 10HD and 20HD, also if either would work with the 880. You got me interested in them again. Last time I researched them was when the 10HD first came out. im interested in your findings Got an email back telling me I hate talking on the phone.

They are just shoes, seriously. That attitude is unacceptable, immaturity at it's best. That's Chris Rock, yo. I knew someone would get it.
