capasitor question
NB50 replied to icy_chris's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Batteries do make power through chemical reaction, but the rate they make it at and the rate the amp uses it at is so far apart it makes the point completely worthless. Draw a little bit of current from the battery for awhile the battery will discharge. The main thing batteries have over capacitors for car audio is reserve capacity, meaning they have the ability to supply current for a longer time. -
need serious help

You need to wire each sub in series then just wire one to each terminal on the amp. Those terminals are connected internally, so you are paralleling them in the amp. Right now if I understand correctly your running the amp at .25 ohms. Not good. -

Didn't take any build pictures and when I tried to take finshed product the camera died after the first shot. But there is a little change being made in the sub stage right now.

Tell me about it. 1.2GB ram use. Although I kinda made it use that much but this it still uses a lot. But I am too used to it to change. And no major complains. Exactly and mine would keep going up without me even surfing the net. I was diehard firefox fan but Aaron got me to try chrome again (I didn't care for it at first), Its not to difficult to change for me at least.

Chrome? Much better on memory usage for me, Firefox seemed to have a memory leak for me. No matter what OS I was running firefox's memory would just climb when it was just idling. I guess I might be kinda hard on internet browsers, at any given time I have multiple browser windows open with multiple tabs open. Like right now I have six windows open with atleast 8 tabs on each window.
