iis that 5.5 ft^3 gross. Is so that wont be enough for 2 15's and poly fill wont be a reliable substitute in a ported enclosure. Id go with a sealed box.

Not made in China

Only the 6 channel says its made in the USA, the rest say designed in the USA. :shrugs: What do you consider higher watt? -

Very nice amps, I'm not even using the crossovers on it and I love it. If it matters at all they are on a group buy right now till the end of June. http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/topic/49335-new-zed-products-group-buy/ -
Need second opinion on ported box for RE SX 18
NB50 replied to dexter's topic in SPL & SQ / Fabrication
Before you attach the top I'd seriously consider adding some bracing. -
I want to know if you ever find one of those amps, EVERY amp "takes more juice then it puts out"
-
IA is right there with those companies.
-
Have you given something from IA a thought?

I'm thinking you want to know the crossover functions, this might be a little more of a help then. http://www.soundsolu...__1#entry421623

Same idea as any extreme concept car that'll never sell. How many Pontiac guys bought Trans-Am's and Firebirds when they saw the Banshee?(If anybody remembers that...I'm a Pontiac-head lol) MY first glimpse of that car was the Detroit auto show. I was 8 or 9 at the time. Then it was on a NightRider TV movie as a new K.I.T.T. When you look at the thing, a lot of people bought them. IIRC, 75% of the car was part of the 4th gen F-body, including the nose on the 'Birds and the swooping quarters. Of course I don't know how many actually saw the concept car. I have a model kit of the Banshee from probably 20 years ago....think I still have it, never put it together though. And the Knight Rider movie was called Knight Rider 2000. I remember watching it on TV when it came out. Holy shit I feel old now I believe I have a matchbox car of the banshee somewhere. It could be worse we could be talking about early firebird turbine concepts.

Just a lateral move. -

Yea, and the ZED has alot more crossover wise... This is why you should get the Zed, 48db/oct on the infrasonic is sick. Also if you ever wanted to run a high powered front stage get another, they are able to go full range.

How can you make that suggestion without knowing what amp he is running?
-
Where is this??? lol .... Bromo give me longitude and latitude pwease!!! Marks in NY and Aarons in MD. I just find it amusing that people are saying their willing to drive 3 hours, sure i'd love that but 3-4 hours and I'm barely out of the state like most people.
-
What are you wanting to know about them? I myself love my leviathan, being able to run my whole system off of one amp is really nice. It has more then enough power for tweeters, mids, and the sub.

I might be interested if the Megalith is out by then.

Can Someone please help me with designing a box
NB50 replied to mariobjones's topic in SPL & SQ / Fabrication
Let me see some links. All I have see is what the 40th anniversary package includes, and it has nothing about being an overhauled body/chassis. Really hard to believe GM is going to totally remake the chassis and body for one year and for a limited run at that. There is no difference between a regular one and an anniversary besides whats listed below. -
Any update on the Megalith release?

Add to the stock wiring, don't replace. Electricity will choose the path of least resistance and it wouldn't be bad to have a backup path if something failed. Plus it would be easier to just add rather then replace everything.

Since you already have the router measure how far the holes are apart and see if it will work. Just because its not listed doesn't mean it wont work.
