  1. So I just bought a single Nightshade 15 for the trunk of my 2007 300C. I'm just gonna figure out what works best for the box so as to not block my spare. I was considering porting a box towards the back seats, with the sub inverted on the back of the box (so you can see it when you open the trunk). Any problems doing this? Having the sub inverted would let me fit the box more tightly towards the seats in my opinion, but I'm new to box building. Thanks for any help

    12" or 15" for trunk?

Alright, Thanks everyone. I was just making sure, because I can only afford to do this once. haha

    12" or 15" for trunk?

Sorry, I meant will the ported 15" shake my trunk lid apart, I was just kinda asking if anyone has done or seen this, and if it was just absurdly shaking the trunk lid. If its manageable then I'm not worried.

Is a ported 15" xcon gonna be too much?, I want to go as loud as I can without breaking anything.

    12" or 15" for trunk?

I want to do the package deal for the xcon and the sundown 1500. This is a daily driver (300C) so I obviously want sound quality (which is why I assume the xcon is a good choice). Although my main focus is to hit the lows with some really strong output, because I listen to rap. I don't want to fold the seats down either, but there is a stock 8" in the back that I'm going to take out, which should help the sound in the cab. There is enough space in the trunk to build the optimal sealed or ported enclosure for the 12" and but only for the optimal sealed for the 15" So my questions are. - is this too much for the trunk, or too little (or the best option?) - should I run a single 12" or 15" - will I need to do the big 3 for this setup? - should I build a sealed or ported enclosure - (if I build a sealed enclosure how will it sound in the cab) Also, I have been reading the deadening thread, should I go with SDS for this? Thanks, Sorry if there is a similar topic, I couldn't find one addressing my concerns.
