Merry Christmas everybody. I hope you all have a great day and keep it safe

Just give in and give it to her

)I very paciently waiting title transfer of my G8. I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas here. She should have it on Monday hopefully. I've put together a twin Holset HX35 kit for the car. I just have to get it here to see if there will be enough room for the turbos after the long tubes otherwise I'm gonna have to get the Kooks shorties and go from there. I'm on the hunt for high 9's in a sedan.

I think your just trying to give yourself a reason to swap in a stroker shortblock.

But the only caveat is I'm having troubles finding a dyno tuner specializing in mustangs in my area. You should be able to get a generic tune via mail order. Given the fact you are just throwing boost and fuel at it, there's no need to dyno since you are going to be running rich. Someone should have a tune already that will work fine at that level. what year Mustang is it? Putting forced induction on your car you'll definately want a dyno tune. Not every engine is the same and they'll need to play with your timing also.

Is it true that higher frequencies are more damaging? Obviously MOST peoples lower end is louder but is there any truth to higher frequencies being more damaging? i am under the assumtion that high frequencies hurt your hearing more. i look at my dad who had an EXTREMELY loud system in his car when he was younger. 6x9's amped out their asses, 6.5's screaming for help and no subs back in those days with all music being loud and screachy. he cant hear for shit now. on the other hand i've had systems that would shake houses a couple blocks away and the 6.5's amped, but still barely heard and i have outstanding hearing except in the 6k and 8k frequencies and they were still better than most in my right ear. my sound test on my ears have come back stellar to say the least.

Not complaining at all. I'm saying at 5am i am enjoying it being 70. The highs have been in the upper 80's. I like hot or cold better than 70It's just nice enough for the women to show a little more skin, and yet comfortable enough with the humidity to not be sweating like a whore in church in work clothes. Also means the ac isn't needing to be on in the house much if at all. J annnnnd your a dick! I would absolutely love that weather right about now. Its in the negatives here right now.

That is only the hot side piping. You also need the cold side with an intercooler and all the plumbing. Also have to figure out what turbos you want, fuel system upgrades, oiling system for turbos and other odds and ends fittings and couplersIntercooler, BOV and Turbo may come from elsewhere. I suppose a kit really makes sense though. It is far easier ordering a kit.Talked to Kyle from KB Performance tonight. $4k for a kit. Curious to see what components he is going to include in that. $4k is pretty cheap for a kit. find out what turbos, wastegates and blow off valves are being used and find out if it comes with larger fuel injectors and turbo oiling system. usually a good kit will run you around $5-$6k.

I won't have it for a week or so. Pics will come. Looks like a black on black base Escalade atm. Only thing I wish the base had was the heated steering wheel, the rest just adds cost for repair later.Lol and you called J a pussy for his infected finger

That one with 87k miles? Hows it feel to own a GM product again?I only did it because Seth convinced me. I'll not bear that responsibility, sir. Which truck did you get?Ha, you called me sir. :P2010 Cadillac Escalade with 84k. 1 owner in pristine condition. I bet its a nice truck. Bet your itching for that shortblock and supercharger though huh?

On top of that list there was still other stuff that he did to the car. The only thing that's included in the sale are a set of brand new Camaro SS 20in wheels (never mounted), Brembo 4 piston caliper brand new and an HPTuners handheld. This thing has me so damn excited I want to fly out tonight to get it. I can't wait!

Yeah, there was a TON of stuff done to it for sure. She was asking $25k, but still a deal that you can't pass up! I like T/A's more than Vettes, glad you kept yours
