I'm not really new here, but I don't really hang out and post here alot but will start. I'm on Meade's site quite abit, except for Thansgiving through January for skiing. I'm a bit obsessed with car audio. Enjoy doing systems for friends and helping anyone I can. My friends tell me to get a job in car audio but I'm a little too old to start at the bottom. Here's my new truck The box out of my old car thrown in for some bass Front doors with some CDT 6 1/2" classics And the pheonix gold saphire amp running them I've only had the truck 6 weeks and have alot more to do. Upgrade the front stage, move the current fronts to rear way more power and some bigger subs. Here is my next enclosure for my truck. And I have three systems lined up this spring. Hopefully it will be a busy summer for me and car audio.

Some work I've recently accomplished Sealed doors Front stage; changing to DRT-25 tweeters this weekend Upstage;ES-01 ; color matches perfectly but the flash makes it look bad Rear door Front stage amp memphis 300.4 Bird's nest New sub Enclosure (spare carpet/temporary box) Hit 146.9 at windshield on music. Don't know what meter but was assured it was "accurate" :^ What do you guys think so far

for my GF's car. Did I screw up by not ordering the copper coil? How much of a difference? She won't notice but this is supposed to be the small inexpensive SQ business card. Should I e-mail them and have them add the copper coil? BTW this will be pushed with the Zed minilith amp. Just got done ordering everything the list = 2 x CDT 6 1/2" Classics with 25mm silk tweeter, Zed Gladius, Zed mini, Fi 12" SSD, Alpine 9881 cd player and lot's of 0/1 gauge with Monser microXLN interconnects and 100 sq ft of sound deadening all for her civic. Lucky woman.

Then, I'm guessing this will be good the way it is. She doesn't listen to rap and This system is designed with the intention of affordable sq.

Anyone have experience with the massive audio P30001? http://massivemulti-media.com/store/index....p;products_id=4 The prices are very low right now on e-bay and it looks good. If it's as good as it looks does anyone know if it can handle say a 1.4 ohm load with good power supply or is it a rigid 2 ohms? I was thinking of running one of these to A btl 15". what do you guys think? Hope this makes sense I am undercaffenated.

I was wondering if I ordered a BTL with the universal option and dual 1 ohm VC what will be the cost of having them changed to dual 2 ohm VC in the future. I'm having a tough time choosing what subs to use. I feel if I use the BTL's I will need massive power to be happy with them, but I currently don't have the funds for massive power only funds for a little power including battery and alternator. I also feel if I get BL's I will eventually want to upgrade to BTL's. Fi is making this a very hard decision. BTW, am I going to hate the BTL's sq? I listen to rap alot but also enjoy rock and plan on demo'ing with my truck for others. So being able to reproduce music of all kinds is important to me. And on top of that, I want to compete locally. There are a few shops around here who think Kicker and Jl are the best. Now, they may be good but I want to be able to go and kick their ass. With my life story do you think BTL or BL? BTW, I want to run 15's in 6.2 ft3 tuned to 32hz. Power will be one RF T40001. If I did the BTL's I would want to upgrade to two T40001 in future. Sorry for such a long post.

Yep, that's on the list.

I was going to say you didn't have enough room for two BTL's....but I was wrong. You do. It's gonna be loud! That's what I'm going for!!!!

nvm? what did you have to say?

Great subs that never should have been discontinued....
